She has over 15 years of experience in general & cosmetic dentistry and completed over 800 hours of continuing education. She obtained valuable experience working in different dental practices in Michigan and Ohio, before starting her own practice in 2006, Wayne Family Dental.
In addition to continuing education, Dr. Swarna maintains her professional expertise through active involvement in a number of associations including; the Detroit Dental Society, Michigan Dental Association (MDA) and American Dental Association (ADA).
Dr. Swarna philosophy defines a commitment to quality and customized care. She takes care to listen to patient concerns, while determining their needs for optimal oral health. Dr. Swarna values relationship she has with her patients and with the staff. She earned the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry Award in 2004.

Money hungry maggots. I rather have my teeth fall out then ever come here again. I went here under the influence of Marijuana because I own a card so I'm legally allowed to be high. It keeps me calm & unbothered because I'm deathly afraid of needles going into my mouth to numb the area. When I got there they did my annual cleaning checked for cavities which I had one. Then they wanted to fill it in right away before scheduling a future appointment. When they noticed my eyes were red they said they couldn't proceed with the procedure luckily.

Our family has been visiting Dr. Bhavani(Wayne Family Dental) for more than 15+ years now. She is one of the most caring, patient doctor and thorough with her diagnosis. My care was phenomenal. The Dentist took time and patience when explaining, and caring for me, she even went 10 extra miles to comfort me before my procedure. All staff beginging at the front desk to including my Dentist, showed empathy, compassion and understanding all while helping me feel more comfortable and at ease. I would give them 100 stars if I could. I definitely recommend Wayne Family Dental for you and/or your family dental care.

Im really afraid of the dentist and I recommend this Denist office to everyone. The staff is awesome and patience. My granddaughter also had service and they didn't have to come and get me once. They're very gentle.

Wayne family Dental is the best dentist I have ever been too!! The staff is awesome. They did a crown on my two front teeth that were turning brown due to breaking one of them as a child. My teeth are so beautiful!! If u don't like dentist, this is the place to go!! They make u feel so comfortable!! I would definitely recommend this dentist to everyone!! Best staff ever!!

The office is always clean and neat. Ruth at the front is awesome and helps the patients so much. Xhoana the assistant is so sweet and made me comfortable. Dr swarna is patient and caring and gave me my snap back not only on my smile but I have my confidence back as well. I love her for that. This dr does everything from general dentistry to braces and implants.

I was not surprised with the warm welcoming, and expertise from each individual there. I must admit my youngest daughter has been going to Wayne Family Dental for many years and has always looked forward to her return visits. They are warm, caring, and very knowledgeable. All around wonderful experience. All the staff are friendly and kind. I had an emergency and they were able to get in same day, set up a treatment plan and had my procedure the very next week. I am extremely dental anxious and they were very kind, gentle and patient. Highly recommended.
