Dr. Koo is the best. He listens to your concerns, communicates effectively, is responsive to emergencies/feedback, and clearly is an expert in oral surgery. I had a complicated tooth extraction with sinus communication and an inflammatory cyst removed and Dr. Koo has patiently walked me through every step of the process for the past four months. Slowly but surely I'm getting my life back thanks to Dr. Koo and his team.

My stepfather's extraction went very well; the staff gave clear directions; Dr Koo personally escorted him to the car. Many thanks; my stepdad was very concerned about the procedure

Dr.Koo is an amazing surgeon and his post op care and check ups are phenomenal i called his answering service a couple times after my surgery one time pretty late into the night and he got back to me very promptly and settled my concerns, could not recommend him more.

Had my wisdom teeth removed today by Dr.koo and his staff. While oral surgery is never st the top of anyone's bucket list I could not be any happier with my experience at Wayland oral surgery and with the care provided by Dr.koo and his team. Prior to the procedure I was extremely nervous, but the doctor could not of Ben anymore reassuring and he spent ample time answering my questions to make me as comfortable as possible. I would recommend Dr.Koo and his team without any reservations!

Despite the normal anxiety in anticipating oral surgery, I could not have been more pleased with Dr. Koo and his staff for my two procedures. No only is Dr. Koo a gifted surgeon, he is approachable and caring. From initial consultation, through the actual procedure and follow up appointment, great care is made to address patient concerns and questions. I was entirely satisfied with the results of my surgeries and would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Koo to any one in need of an oral surgeon.

I have to say that they were extremely kind and professional with my surgery, except in one major regard. The staff violated my medical confidentiality by discussing sensitive personal information with my parents. I am young, but still 21, so as an adult this is simply unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not be going back due to the lack of respect they showed me.

Dr. Koo and his staff are amazing! They are very warm, friendly, caring, professional and gentle. My oldest daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and another daughter had a couple of teeth removed to make room as part of her orthodontic plan. Both had a great experience, and a quick and easy recovery. I highly recommend them!

Dr Koo is by far the best Oral Surgeon in the area not only does he use the newest and most advanced technology, Dr Koo is an expert surgeon and deeply cares about ever patient and every outcome. His staff is warm, friendly sweet and helpful they make you feel at home and answer any questions as needed and follow up on every issue. I would highly recommend seeing him before anyone else

We had an immediate need for a tooth extraction for my 6 year old. His staff was beyond helpful and efficient in getting us scheduled. The appointment was this morning and they were on time and wonderful. My son was well taken care of. The time they took to explain what was going to happen and even asked his permission ! The professional care they gave was well beyond our expectations.

Hi, I promised Dr. Koo and his staff that I would write a great review for them because I was so happy with their support and hard work during my procedure, including pre- and post-operation. I had a serious problem with my mouth, which required near immediate removal of my wisdom tooth. I was kind of nervous that I would experience permanent damage with loss of taste and sensation in my jaw and lip. Dr. Koo did a wonderful, efficient job, and his staff streamlined everything from the CT scan to the insurance payments so I didn't have any additional stress. The space was clean and well organized. I did not have to wait long during my stay. Truthfully, recovery has been slower and more painful than expected, but Dr. Koo was always honest and straightforward with everything; and so, in summation, a dentigerous cyst simply is what it is, and I am thankful that it wasn't something worse. I should be better soon. Thanks everyone.

Dr. Koo is very passionate about what he does. He is honest, caring and will take the time to sit down with you and explain things. I wouldn't trust anybody else. The office personnel are friendly and accommodating.

Great experience from the staff all the way up to the Dr. They take time to explain everything perfectly and know how to make you comfortable, I even got a personal call from the dr. following up after my procedure to see how I was feeling! Their technology is amazing, very advanced and capable! I have referred family members and they've all had great experiences as well. Can't say enough about Dr. Koo and his whole team!
