Dr. Paola Wainberg has been part of our dental team at Way to Smile Affordable Dental & Implant Center for over 18 years. She graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 1993 and practiced in Argentina for more than 10 years. She completed her residency program in Larkin Hospital, receiving her dental license in the United States. Paola enjoys working at our office because she likes helping people be happier, and she helps our patients receive the care they need through her knowledge, experience, and gentle touch. Paolas experience, love, and passion for dentistry make each patients experience at the office a fabulous one. She is married and has a son, Tomas, and a daughter, Cami who is following in the family tradition and is a member of Harvards School of Dental Medicine Class of 2025.
Sebastian has been our office manager at Way to Smile Affordable Dental & Implant Center for almost fifteen years, and he manages the daily operations of the business administration side of our office. With over 20 years of experience in business, he enjoys meeting and caring for all of our patients, and he loves being part of a great team. Sebastian has a warm, friendly personality that all of our patients love, and he can help you feel comfortable during your visit. He is married and has two children, a 26-year-old son and a 22-year-old daughter. In his free time, Sebastian enjoys boating, spending time with his family, and basking in the beautiful sun that south Florida has to offer.
Fabiana is originally from Bolivia and is now happily married with 3 children 2 boys and a beautiful dog. She is incredibly friendly, detail-oriented, and goes out of her way to make sure that every patient has the best possible experience. She has a built-up expertise from working in a periodontist office and could not be more excited to join our team. We cant wait for all of our patients to meet her!
Diana is fluent in English and Spanish, and has a background in health care from her native country, Colombia. She will be, in many cases, your first contact with our office as she manages the front desk, where she will welcome you with a friendly smile and will be happy to answer all of your questions and concerns. She is always ready to help ensure that your visit will be easy and comfortable.
Daylet was born in Cuba, then moved to Spain for 7 years, where she studied and was trained as a Dental Assistant. She moved to Ft. Lauderdale in 2012 with her amazing family, bringing all her love and passion to our office. Daylet loves animals and spending time with her beautiful family, and at our office, she is especially known for her kind heart and her beautiful smile. We are blessed and lucky to have her here, and we are positive our patients feel the same way.

Tried to charge me 600$ for a teeth cleaning. I told them I don't want to spend that much I just want a regular clean. They proceeded to tell me to go somewhere else. Which is fine with me.

AMAZING! My teeth look and feel so much better after the visit. I actually needed a lot of work done (it had been a long time since the last time I went to the dentist). I first went to another dentist who very quickly looked at me and rattled off a list of like 20 things I needed done so I went to Way To Smile for a second opinion. The dentist was SO much nicer! She walked me through and showed me (in my own mouth) everything that needed to get done, explaining why each thing needed to happen and what the priority was. It turns out that I didn't need about half of the stuff the other dentist from the other place recommended, and he even missed some big/important things! I'm so glad I went to Way To Smile. It was way cheaper and I got the work done that I actually needed, and I feel confident in saying that because my dentist patiently walked me through everything I asked. I found my new favorite dentist. The whole experience was great. And I was also so confident and relaxed in the knowledge that I was in good hands that I fell asleep while they were working in my mouth!!! That was unbelievable to me. I've never been that comfortable at a dentist. 10/10 would recommend!

Everyone in the office made my first visit a good one. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My dentist, Dr. P. Weinberg was very friendly and very helpful in advising me what was the best course of treatment. I recommend this office for treatment. They are also very affordable and that's a major plus.
