Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

My daughter went in for root canal. They refused to give her anything for pain when she left the office. We explicitly explained to them that she cannot take any ibuprofen because of stomach issues. An hour after the procedure she was crying in pain. I called back to the office and told them how bad of pain she was in. Still, dentist refused to call her anything in. When we went in for initial visit we were told that she would be given something for her pain. And their website it says they give patients pain medication. I chose this location because of their website stating that they treat pain after procedures. Needless to say, we will not be using them again. If they want to take my money upfront like they did they should've stated this. They didn't have any problem calling making sure that the money was going to be given before the procedure. I Feel sorry for anyone who gets this particular endodontist. He has no bedside manner whatsoever.

I can't say enough about this office. This is the first time I've been to a dentist and had my worries and anxiety put at ease. This is the first time it didn't feel like just a transaction. Every single person I spoke to was not only friendly, but they took the time to make me feel comfortable and to explain the procedures as well as treatment plans and payment options. I have dental issues that have caused me alot of pain and embarrassment and they made sure I didn't feel like that in their office. We got a treatment plan worked out for me and booked my husband and kids an appointment for next month. I recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to give this office a shot.

My husband and I had a great experience there this week. Glenda really takes the time to make sure you understand what is being done, why it is being done, no matter how many times she needs to explain. She also goes out of her way to make sure that the payment process is as painless as the procedure. The assistants and dentist were personable and professional, and we look forward to seeing them again.

The operation manager (Glenda I believe ) I called months ago to schedule my first appointment and she said she will call back and never did , I called again and she tells me the same thing and never calls. I called the third time really early and someone else was able to schedule my appointment. Really disappointed with the front desk

This place was full of friendly professionals. I usually dread going to dentists but they made feel comfortable and I left with a whiter smile.

The best dental office I have ever been to in my 65 years of life. I am a dental chicken so the minute I walk in my heart rate went up and my blood pressure rose. The staff there immediately made me feel at ease and then the caring service started. By the time I walked out I had forgotten all about my fears. Thank you to ALL the staff there.

Facebook reviews aren't as good as this. After spending 4K - I have mouth pain which I didn't have before the work. I know this root canal is on borrowed time. They switch Dentists so often, maybe this one is better. I'll never try it again though.

This place is great! No waiting for a long time in a crowded waiting room! The staff is very patient, professional, and friendly. Unfortunately I've spent a lot of time in many dentist offices. This is definitely the best dentist I've been to. All the equipment modern and they're very efficient.

I went in with an infected tooth- and in a high level of pain. The medical assistant kept talking and joking which was annoying due to I couldn't speak. I told the dentist I wanted the tooth removed, yet he kept pushing a root canal which is more expensive. Although the infection and pain was obvious; I was denied an extraction and given ibuprofen. No antibiotics( which Seem to be done to have me return) . The Dentist seemed more concerned with the bottom line then my pain. I went to another dentist who numbed my pain as soon as I was in his chair. And pulled out the tooth. I would not recommend Modern Dentistry

Very disappointed. I would give "0" stars if I could. My wife and I went in for our routine cleanings. New customers to this location. I was at their Midlothian location 8 months ago and given a clean bill of health. Both of us were told we had gum disease and they tried to charge $950 for deep cleaning each. Funny we were both diagnosed the same. What's up with that ? Felt like we were being SCAMED.... We were told they couldn't do a normal cleaning so after 3 hours we left with NO CLEANING.

Previously when I've visited I've had a positive experience. Today I was told I would have to make a new appointment and come back (in 2 weeks) because their new computer system would not allow me to create an account, fill out paperwork and check in for my appointment, therefore I couldn't been seen today. Did I get an email saying I would need to create this new online account to be seen, even though I was already a patient? That would be a no. Did I arrive early as instructed? Yes! But I wasn't seen/checked in until my appointment time because they only have 1 front desk worker. All in all very frustrating and I will be finding a new dentist.
