Very professional and friendly staff. And I didn't have to wait long. It's a well run operation. The hygienist was very rough when scraping my teeth. I've never experienced that kind of pain with a simple teeth cleaning. I've had others there clean my teeth and it was a much more pleasant experience.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled at the end of October 2022 by Dr. Soung, 2 of which were more complex to pull. I have put this procedure off for 10 years, and now that it's over, I wish I did it sooner. The entire process from consult to post op was so easy. The entire staff was nothing but helpful and friendly. Dr. Soung is so personable and approachable. I never felt rushed or embarrassed of my fears and he catered to my needs and went at my own pace. Easily the best experience I have had with the dental/medical field. Could not recommend Dr. Soung and his staff more.

Dr Matthews is the best dentist I have worked with. After having a problem occur with one of his associates at a different location who was unable to properly correct the situation I was referred to by them to Dr Matthews. He took the problem on and made sure I was always very aware of every step needed and made sure every time I was comfortable and happy. My problem was handled a couple years ago at beginning of covid and as I took the time to review him and his office then I am taking the opportunity to do so again as I just referred my husband to him and am very confident that he will receive the same excellent service as the young gentleman Issac who assisted me today was very helpful and a pleasant person to work with in getting him scheduled. I want to thank Dr. Matthews, Issac and the whole Waverly team for just being a joy to work with.

My son needed oral surgery sooner than later. After having a hard time getting him scheduled in our local area we were blessed to find Dr. Soung at Waverly Dental in Charlotte. They got us scheduled within a week. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. The office was stylish and clean! We drove 2 hours and 45 minutes each way to be seen. It was well worth it. Surgery went great, recovery is going well. Dr. Soung and staff really were amazing. I would recommend them 10/10

I had my 3 wisdom teeth pulled 10 days ago by Dr Soung, He is very prefessional, patient and always happy to answer questions. They did effective and detailed pain management. During the surgery and healing period, I have not experienced any pain at all. Definitely recommend. You can fully trust Doctor Soung and staffs.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled 1 week ago. The staff is amazing! The process has been great. We started on time, finished a bit early. I received very detailed post op instructions. I have had no issues while healing and absolutely no pain! Definitely recommend.

My recent oral surgery experience with Dr Suong & his staff was exactly as they described at my consultation. Dr Suong listened to my questions & asked me about any concerns I had. All of the staff at Waverly dental are very kind and made me feel at ease through the entire process of my consultation and wisdom removal. Dr. Soung is very knowledgeable and a great surgeon. Each nurse I spoke to were lovely and help me calmed down when I had a panic attack waking up from surgery. They knew exactly what to do to calm a patient. Would recomend this dentistry!
