After 4 days of unimaginable pain I made one call and within minutes was in the office and no more pain! Quick, efficient and kind! I even received a call the next day from the office checking up on me. I don't know how to thank all of them enough but I will just start with another Thank You!!

Completely over charged me for their service, led on that a bonding would last for a while and not to worry about it, it fell off less than 2 months later. This was the first time I had ever been to Dr. Watts office. Dr. Watts and his team are not offering anything to compensate for their procedure that did not work. I am from out of town and I had to find another dentist to fix my issue and pay again for a similar procedure. I do not recommend this dentist and its unfortunate because the reason I came to them in the first place was because of the great reviews I saw.

I have been coming here since I was 4 years old. I drive 45 mins to get here now, it's well worth it! I have always loved going to the dentist. Let me tell you the kind of person Dr. Watts is. Years ago I had a horrible tooth pain, called the office in the morning. There wasn't any openings, but Dr. Watts had me come in on his lunch break that same day and he worked on an emergency root canal for me on that tooth. I left there pain free. That was above and beyond to skip a lunch break to help a patient out. I am so thankful for him and the amazing staff here! It feels great knowing I have a dentist I fully trust. Everyone is always super friendly. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Every single staff member I had an encounter with was so welcoming, friendly, and pleasant! Very nice, clean office. I would/will defiantly recommend Dr. Watts office.

My history with dentist is not good. I have always had issues with problem teeth. I have gone to two or three different dentist my whole life. And now as I get older, finding out what Shotty work they did. I have always been petrified/anxious when going to the dentist. Until... I met Dr Watts and his staff. I cannot say enough about them. I would have never thought that I would say this. But I actually, Kind of look forward to going to see them. I feel so emotional writing this because my experiences have been absolutely horrible up until this point. Thank you Dr Watts and thank you to the whole staff for making me feel welcome and assured that this time... Things will be perfect Pam

20 years ago when I was 10years old I came here when they first Open had had alot of problem teeth and had to have extensive work done, Unfortunately Dr. Watts rushed my work and didnt manage the his time well half way threw I regained feeling and being 10 began screaming in pain I was told to hush and that I was scaring the others patients with my screams of pain, He promptly finished the work on the current tooth he had been working on and finished at the checkout desk he informed my Mother that he would no longer be willing to work with me because of my behavior never went back and couldn't be happier, That was 10yrs ago and I really like to think people change and that businesses who work in Customer Services get better with time ...... That being said Today my Wife was scheduled a New Patient exam unfortunately her phone was destroyed and they're reminder call was never recieved she calls to see when she needs to come in there Response was .... New Patients are given 2hrs for the exam that you miss and because you missed it as a No Show we will not reschedule an appointment for you this stressed my wife as she really needed a Dentist to the point of tears, my reaction was swift call and work this out ..... but as soon as I called and was transferred to the manager at the time a woman who wasn't understanding or compassionate who was as cold as the Polar Vortex and argued that it was policy and that it was her own fault for not contacting sooner and her disrespect for me over the phone was unprofessional and unwanted. All I wanted was to be treated like a person and not a Billing Acoount !!! This being said I've convinced my wife that Haggerty Dentistry In Lansing is a Far Superior choice comparable prices, a Staff that treats its patients like people and listen with compassion and understanding to your concerns, It might be a drive but Id drive 50+ miles for the best experience, over the sub par experience this office charges for.

Highly recommend Dr Watts! His staff is just as wonderful & caring as well and they have a great atmosphere. He has helped tremendously with repairing a complete dental nightmare I endured through my former dentist & has spent a lot of time perfecting any and all work he has done... He's the absolute best around!!

The best dentist and staff in all of mid Michigan. Feels like I walked in to an episode of Cheers when I come in. This team is top notch, and most importantly to me, very good with my son. Love this place!
