Unfortunately the receptionist NeverGreet people with a courteous smile. My daughter has been going there for a while now. Wish we did more research. She came home a couple visits ago and told me she had a metal wire the dentist had cut for adjustment. Well they apparently didn't remove all the cut metal wire and she had swallowed the sharp piece. Look, if your going to be in a practice, you need to understand...... pay attention!! Would not recommend this facility. Very disappointed

Dr Watterworth has given excellent care over five years to three of my children that needed braces and coordinated jaw surgery for one that required it. The waiting room is definitely a bright tribute to the Red Sox.

My child did not have a good experience with dr waterworth. He was very impatient and when working with children Patience is a must. I will now be looking for a new orthodontist that has those qualities.

We had a great experience at this location as well as the Hampton office. Dr. Watterorth is a nice guy. The woman who handles insurance is awesome! I'd definitely recommend!

I took my son in for a consultation, Dr Watterworth explained the treatment and he had records done. A week later he got his braces on! He was comfortable with staff which was great since he was so nervous. All the office ladies were helpful with my questions with finances and explaining to my son how to take care of his teeth with braces

The front office staff at Watterworth Orthodontics is top notch!! They helped me navigate my dental insurance, health care savings account, and are making having more than one child in braces at the same time affordable. I cant say enough about how helpful the staff is always working around our sports schedules!! I would recommend this office to anyone looking for braces!!

Dr. Watterworth did my Invisalign and I had already had braces when I was younger ( with a different orthodontist). My teeth look beautiful! I didn't wear my retainer as advised years ago so my teeth relapsed. After the Invisalign treatment my teeth look better than ever! During my consultation appointment Dr. watterworth explained everything so I could understand my treatment plan. Great experience and great staff!!

I took my younger sister here for a consult since my parents couldn't make it and the whole staff was super friendly! Jen and Dr. Watterworth did a really great job explaining everything to me when it came to finances and dental information so I could relay the information to my parents. They also gave me paperwork to give them so they could read it over! Super helpful :)

The staff and Dr. Watterworth are so professional, friendly and efficient! The office is spotless, every step of the process is explained throughly. If there are any questions, they're happy to take the time to make sure there is good communication and understanding. Dr. Watterworth certified by the American Board of Orthodontists - an accomplishment that represents dedication to the very best for his patients. Only a small percentage of orthodontists in the country have this board certification because it is so rigorous! I highly recommend Dr. Watterworth and his awesome team for the beautiful smiles and dedication to the very best! :)

Before I met with Dr. Watterworth, I had met with 3 other orthodontists around the seacoast. A couple of them, I wasn't impressed. One was rude and made sure I knew that he was "the boss". He recommended a palatal expander for crowding to which Dr. Watterworth was opposed to because it was just not the right approach. When he explained why, it made the most sense to me. The other one's approach was too radical for me, considering the age of my child. The 3rd one was conservative enough but when I met Dr. Watterworth and listened to his treatment plan, immediately I knew he was very careful not to rush things. As a dental professional, I know this is very important. Especially with Orthodontics, you have to let nature take its course at most times. There is Interceptive Orthodontics but it is also important to find the right time to do treatment on kids as long as it is in the window of time where their permanent teeth start to come out. The fact that he is very knowledgeable (he is the only Board-certified orthodontist among them all) in his field and that he was very cordial and professional made me choose him for my kids. He also came highly recommended by my boss who consults with him on cases that she's not so sure of whether someone got it right or not when it comes to Ortho issues. Check him out on the website of the American Board of Orthodontists. His name shows up while the names of the others I know of do not. Thanks, Dr. Watterworth for taking on my kids! Looking forward to working with you! The kids are happy that A> one does not need her palatal expander and B> the other doesn't need to have surgery to expose an unerupted tooth earlier than she has to. :) Keep up the good work, Dr. Watterworth!! We appreciate your commitment to the best care for the kids!!!
