I find this dentistry VERY, very questionable. Several years ago, I had a dental check-up in Japan and it was found that all of my teeth were "great." I went into this dentistry for cleaning a few months after returning to the US and it became an issue of from the molars forward, at least 4 teeth top and bottom on both sides needed extensive work. I went through with having the work done on the top set of teeth on both sides and one side on the lowers and it was very costly. I ended up moving to Colorado shortly after and followed up with a local dentistry at a Comfort Dental there and explained the situation as reported by the last dentist (Watson). They inspected and X-Ray'd my teeth and came back to me and said "there's absolutely nothing wrong with your teeth." In hindsight, Watson did the work on my teeth and upon the initial inspection, the assistant nor the dentist never actually showed me any of the results from the X-Ray, just told me I needed the work. I put my trust in them and did it. During this same time frame, they did the same thing to my wife - Watson reported that she needed a lot of work done and she refused. Went to Colorado, nope, only one tooth of concern ONLY because she had developed an infection since our move. My parents have also had a similar experience where every time they go in there, they report that lots of work has to be done. I have asked if they actually showed them the results of their finding followed by a resounded "no." I've recommended them to at least try another practice for a second opinion because of my experience. I can sit here and accuse them of some kind of malpractice all I want because of circumstance, but there is definitely something not right with this practice, even though they do actually do good work. I just think they make money this way by telling you work has to be done when it really doesn't.

I have been using Watson Family Dentistry for some 20 odd years . Dr Bruce,Lydia,Debbie and all the staff are courteous,friendly, and professional.. I always feel "at home" when I go for my appointments and they go out of their way to make you feel that way ...

The staff is most excellent with their Courteous hospitality and very explanatory in every aspect of the visit before I went here I looked at the reviews nothing but good and had a few friends highly recommend this is my only second time visiting I'm very pleased and well satisfied

I have been going to Watson family dentistry for 4 years. I have 2 autoimmune disease that cause issues with my teeth. I always need a lot of work. In the past I was not treated kindly at the dentist and it made it hard to keep up. Dr. Watson and the staff have been so good, Kind, patient, honest and informative. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dr. Bruce has been my dentist for almost 20 yrs. He is fantastic at what he is best at--FRIENDLINESS, CONCERN, CAREFUL EXPLAINATIONS ABOUT PROCEEDURES AND COSTS, AND PROFESSIONALISM. I love the work he has always done on my teeth. His staff has been/is next to none out there. The practice laughs all the time and makes me laugh too; a happy place to be--even with pain at times. The best service from the office staff. 20 years of complete satisfaction!!

I called about some pain I was having and had an appointment the next day. From phone call to check in to interactions with office staff and doctor all the way to checkout, everyone was top notch helpful, friendly and professional. I saw Dr. Rowell who was the most thorough dentist I have ever met. He genuinely was trying to solve the problem I was presenting which seems rare in the medical field. Definitely recommend and have scheduled my next appointment. Thank you!

Love everything about this office! Dr Brett is the nicest guy, sweet staff, they're also very great with children too & don't require them to take 50 meds & has to do work. They also always file everything correct with insurance unlike other drs I've visited. Definitely the best dentist I've had.

I stopped in this past Friday to have them look at a broken front tooth....an hour later I left looking like new! Going back this week for more work. Awesome Dr.and staff rock. Just good caring folks.

This is a great choice for a dentist. Dr Brett and his team really care about their patients, they are so gentle and kind. Dr. Bret and his team took great care of me while I was in excruciating pain with no questions asked until after I was numb. I highly recommend Watson Family Dentistry!

I had the best experience with Bruce Watson and his entire staff . Never have I ever felt more comfortable going to the dentist. I would highly recommend him . My family have found a new awesome place for our dental needs.

Recommened by a co worker- Tracy who answers phone gave me apt and when i called back with insurance info put me on hold for extended period of time then picked up hold and hung up on me without saying anything. When I called back she said dentist that takes my insurance wasnt there the day she gave me apt for and she hung up on me because she left me on hold for so long she thought I would have hung up. Not professional. If this is how patients are treated do not trust office to do good work.
