So I'm from Boston and I'm 26years old with bad anxiety when it comes to doctors or dentist.. I have never had a doctor or assistant that was so patient and listened to me and answered all my questions. They made me feel at ease. I'm very happy I found this office. The front desk is nice too. Great place for family's.

Mixed feelings about my experience there... first few visits were phenomenal then he wanted to switch my fillings and ever since then I've had so much pain on my left side even tho prior to it was no issues. I'll say it hasn't been a completely bad experience but this last visit was horrible. I could still feel pain while he was drilling and when I moaned and tried to say something I was ignored by both him and his assistant. There was blood everywhere and as she's cleaning me up after he's done she says I apologize Dr. Watson can be very messy sometimes. I was not happy and still have pain now.

I moved from ky to NC and needed a Dentist Dr Watson and his staff is awesome he explains everything that needs to be done and takes his time explaining I would recommend him all my friends

Update... *I received a call from the office manager who had a LOGICAL explanation on why they need my updated medicaid card. She was nice and like I said, she MADE SENSE. Their hands are tied and at this point that's not a fault of the dental office so I'm changing my stars from 1 to 4... Thanks for responding! Had work done last year in October and also in January of this year. Was scheduled for a regular cleaning on 28th of this month, but had to call in today because of pain in 2 teeth. Now even though I'm in PAIN they won't see me because I don't have my medicaid card! I understand if I was a new patient, but I'm not and I haven't missed an appointment! No information has changed and they've NEVER requested me to bring the card to my appointment before. I have literally been waiting on my medicaid card since October last year so it's not like I got it and lost it! My medicaid number has never changed and they've always received their money!! They told me to go to DSs to request a card, I said ok but will you accept a printout they said NO I have to wait on the card to come in the mail! Like I haven't been waiting a WEEK since October already!! Meanwhile I STILL HAVE PAIN WITH NO HELP FROM MY OWN DAMN DENTIST!

Great experience, Harlea, Jolene & Katelyn were very polite and helpful. Janice and Jennifer greeted me as I entered the office. Dr Watson is always attentive and understanding and Dee the hygienist cleaned my teeth and was very gentle, I had no issues with her. Overall very great experience, 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Dr. Watson and Dee the hygienist is amazing! My teeth always field clean. They are very nice, and thorough. All the staff is friendly.
