Dr. Chang has over 12 years of experience as a cosmetic dentist and has extensive training including sedation of adults and children. Advanced use of digital imaging enables early diagnosis of gum disease and cavities; and the use of sophisticated digital x-ray and intra-oral imaging means patients receive the best care possible.

As a dental professional, I stay up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry in order to provide the most current treatment options for my patients. VYgraduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Microbiology. She grew up in Mustang, Oklahoma and moved to Texas after graduating from college. Her interest in the dental management began 16 years ago. She worked as an office manager from many years. She finally found an office where she can call home. With years of experience working with dental insurance, her goal is to help patients understand and maximize their dental benefits. She understands that dental insurance can be very confusing to patients. Her mission is to make patients dental visit pleasant, productive, and feasible. For her enjoyment, she loves to read, play the piano and guitar, and listen to music.
KYLIEgrew up near Galveston, TX. She moved to the north Dallas area in 2015 when she married her husband. Once she started her journey into dentistry she never looked back. She graduated from Concorde College here in Dallas and have loved continuing to grow in her career as a hygienist.
She enjoys learning about all the advancing technologies and techniques in order to better care for my patients. Shehas been married for 5 years to her wonderful husband and they have a dog in which they love to spoil. On her spare time, She enjoys being outside in nature, spending time with family and friends, and crafting.
GRACEisvery passionate about working in the dental field and she loves the experiences that come with it. She always been really interested in the healthcare field and being hands on with what she does. It makes all the difference to her for being a part of a team who helps people achieve a beautiful and healthy smile.
Being with her two bunnies and watching them play with each other is the best thing to come home to every night, as well as spending time with my husband and her families. She loves to swim, bike riding, and listen to different types of music while doing things around the house. Her ideal day is having bonfires, lake days, and get-togethers with friends and families.
ANALISAgraduated from Careers in Dental Assisting. She loves the interaction with patients. She lived in Texas all her life, definitely a true 'Texan'. Hergoal is to help patients find a sense of community and support by providing reliable high quality dental care. She enjoys sewing, spending time with family, and trying different food.
ALICEis happily married to Dr. Chang for over 12 years. She provides her support by helping staff members with various tasks in the office. Her main focus is maintaining proper bookkeeping and fixing any loose ends in the office. Her keen eye for fashion, helps keep the office well decorated. Her favorite quote ' To eat is a necessity, but to eat intelligently is an art.' She is a true believer in healthy eating and experiencing traditional food around the world.

Great staff! I got a detail explanation about my dental problems and treatment. Also they use a good advance technology and they have a bilingual some staff that it's great if you are a Spanish speaker!

Incredible experience! Everyone is extremely kind and nice, including both the staff and the dentist, Dr. Chang. My previous dentists would only spend 2 minutes with me and never checked my gums. Dr. Chang was with me for at least half an hour and checked my teeth and my gums very thoroughly! I am thankful for Dr. Chang and his team! Keep in mind, Dr. Chang is blunt and straightforward. So if he seems a little harsh, it's because he's being very honest with you. I'd take honesty over false hope any day.

What a great experience!!! They did an excellent job on my cleaning and other exams. Dr. Chang and his staff are professional, informative and caring about me. I was suprised that he explaned about my treatment case very detailed than the place I came before. Also, Vy, she's so sweet and helps me make schedule easily. I'm so glad to find my place now. You'll never regret when coming here!

I made an appointment last week , they confirmed the appointment. The day of the appointment a received a text to fill out form' and that the appointment was moved to an earlier hour. I showed up to my appointment earlier, they told me that they couldn't see me because they don't take my insurance. Worst service ever. Be aware of poor management, check your insurance because they are incapable to do it.

Dr. Chang and his staff at Waterview take dentistry to the next level. I have seen Dr. Chang the last two times that I have been to a dentist, and I am confident that I have found my dentist for life. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring and always spends the time to make sure I am educated on the given procedure or my continuing care. On top of that, I have never had to wait before being seen! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Top notch across the board.

Terrible experience. if I could place 0 start I would defiantly do that. Scheduled an appointment for exam and quick treatment to be done the same day, so I dont need to go to the office twice since I live far. I have been waiting for my appointment for 2 weeks, with all the pain in my tooth. they calling me a day before appt saying that they cant do treatment in the same day, and now I need to come to the office only for exam and next time for the treatment, probably to wait again at list 2 weeks, since they are very busy. Also not letting me to talk to the owner of this place and dropped call on me saying that if I am frustrated, i should to come down and call them back, not to mention that they didn't even listen to me . There was no fault from my side, but they just said apologies and advised me to go to ER if I have pain now! An Update on your reply. yes this is for my mom, since she doesnt have google account. but you are right She will sing up to google now in order to place her comment. And I will do mine. it is exactly what was done in first place - to schedule an appt for extended time in order to perform treatment if it can fit 2hrs appt, And I was assured Dr can do it. Also going though all feedback I see that you do extended appt for your customer and skipping new patient exam appt and schedule 2h appt to have treatment the same day. Seems like my mom doesn't deserve that you keep her 2 weeks with hope and day before appt just drop her treatment. Yes you apologized and accepted your fault, but instead to think about your patient and make an exception, since it is not fault of my mom , you prefer to humiliate my mom in such a unpleasant way and send her for her discomfort and mild pain to ER. Shame on you! You have no respect to your customers! Here is review where you DO schedule appt and skipping first exam for new clients. I have been going to Waterview dentistry for almost 3+ years now, and have never had any issue in terms of delivered services, treatment plans, follow-up appointments, staff courtesy and environment cleanliness. Initially it was a referral from my Periodontist but I am glad that I found this dental clinic. Dr. Chang and his staff have been great!! -Imran

Everyone here is excellent and put you at ease from the first second that you walk through the door. Dr. Chang is knowledgeable and friendly and really knows how to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. The staff are a pure joy. I've definitely found my dental office going forward. Wow!

I scheduled an apt with Waterview dentistry to have my implants placed because this office came highly recommended. I had already had an apt with another dentist that I canceled because Waterview was supposed to be so "great". However, V, the receptionist/scheduler that I had been speaking with over the last 2weeks is who set up my apt and told me that my insurance was IN NETWORK. Yes, YOU did. Fast forward to today Oct 21, 2020. Appointment day. I drove straight from my home to this office, on the way there I called V to verify their location as I was on the way to Mckinney thinking that they had an office in Frisco. I got to my apt at 10:08 am 8 mins past apt time. That's not the problem. The problem is that once I got to this office, V greeted me with a large bill telling me that my insurance required me to pay for everything upfront and that I would be reimbursed. Red flag went up immediately. That's not how my insurance works. But what it was, was an OUT OF NETWORK cost that V just so happened to stumble upon AFTER already informing me prior to my apt that I was in network with their office. V goes on to tell me in so many words that she never told me that I was in network with their office and that all of the calls are recorded. GREAT!!! Run the tapes was my suggestion, since she doesn't want to take responsibility for wasting my time. Pull the alleged recorded calls and listen to V tell me that I was in network please! V then stood up with an attitude after I requested to speak with the dentist Bill Chang to let him know that V has just caused him to lose a potential patient because she failed to do her job and instead chose to lie, be manipulative and not take responsibility for her screw up. All that she kept on saying was "I'm sorry that you feel that way" "you don't have to be seen here" very nonchalant, unprofessional and careless. She's working next to who I believe to be a great dentist, I wish that I could've spoken to you directly Dr Chang but Vs nail salon etiquette sent me back to my original dentist. A bullet has been dodged. Thank you! EDIT: Whomever just replied to my review IS LYING I NEVER REQUESTED TO SKIP MY NEW PATIENT EXAM! STOP LYING! I would've never said that. I was completed booked at another dental office with my great insurance where I was in network. I was in no rush to have EVER told this LYING office to skip my new patient exam. EVER and this is the first that I've heard of this. Stop LYING! YES! SEND ME THE RECORDING VIA USB. V DEFINITELY TOLD ME THAT I WAS IN NETWORK WITH THIS OFFICE. If my insurance told you anything off the sort then it's definitely based off of the misinformation that they were given. I could care less about V and her background. She's a liar and has nail salon etiquette like I said and she was NOT respectful towards me when I arrived for my appointment. I'm thankful that I didn't get seen by this dentist. MESSY! Thank you. AND I did not speak with this office 9x lol. Y'all are really trying to save your representation by lying.
