Dr. Rupesh Pandey was born in the small town of Varanasi in northern India. He graduated with his degree in dentistry from MAHE University. Dr. Pandey traveled to the United States in 2006, where he attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham and received his masters degree in epidemiology. After graduation, he worked for a program sponsored by the CDC, collecting data for a number of research studies. Returning to his clinical roots, Dr. Pandey joined the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry Advanced Standing Program and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He is an active member of ADA, Connecticut State Dental Association, and Middlesex Dental Society. In 2015, he joined the United States Army and is a proud member of the United States Army Reserve 455 Dental Company in Fort Devens, MA.
Dr. Pandey enjoys taking continuing education courses so he can bring the most advanced technology in dentistry to his practice. He loves dentistry because it gives him the opportunity to meet new people, learn about his patients life experiences, and nurture a lifelong relationship with them.
When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Pandey enjoys playing chess with his daughter, cooking new recipes, spending time with his family, and traveling with them to new places. He is also an avid reader and fitness enthusiast. When he is not in the office, you can find him jogging around the Rowling Green golf course or at a local gym.
Dr. Michael Sortito grew up in North Haven, CT. In 2006, he received his bachelors degree in molecular and cellular biology and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2010, both from the University of Connecticut.
Dr. Sortito loves bringing a smile to peoples faces, and, through dentistry, he can help that smile stay healthy. He loves learning and takes several advanced courses each year so he can be sure his patients have access to the best dental care available.

I had an appointment for a Root Canal and a Crown but never was called with a price until I went for my appointment. Stunned by the price including Insurance coverage, I declined to proceed. Disappointed for the Dentist and myself. Recommend a quote be given prior to an expensive procedure. Excellent doctors for fillings, pricewise and otherwise.

Very knowledgeable staff. I always walk away from this dental hygienist with additional information about how to take better care of my teeth. They also do a great job cleaning. Would recommend.

Lol, I just got my passive aggressive discharge letter. I've been avoiding making a review but their practice is unacceptable. While the front staff is nice, Janette and Michael are not friendly. When you drill into someone's tooth after they clearly stated multiple times they struggle with anxiety, especially with dental, and you FEEL the procedure and when it's mentioned you just get "oops let's just give a bit more," it's not too good of practice. My first visit they just started touching me without even introducing themselves. Honestly yeah, I canceled last minute and no showed appointments, this was due to the PTSD your dentist gave me. I genuinely do not care if that caused a "financial" problem as the letter says. My therapy will for me. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

The entire staff at Waterview Dental Group are courteous, helpful, and are always concerned about my experience, and are attentive to any discomfort of may feel during a procedure.I'm grateful that they answer all my questions (no matter how silly they may seem) with professionalism and a sense of humor. Dr. Pandey plays 80's music, and lends a relaxed feel to the room. Thank you for that! I recommend this office to anyone seeking dental care. It truly is "care".

This is a first class dental group. I am really impressed with the service I got today. I haven't been here for a while, due to Covid, and I was impressed with how carefully people were in terms of keeping me safe, and how some minor fillings that had fallen out were so easily taken care of. I scheduled a quick pro whitening the office had a sale going on for, and I'm obsessed! We took a before and after photo and I'm blow away with the difference. It was quick (about 30 minutes), and Cheryl was very accommodating. I've used over the counter whitening products in the past and was very nervous about the sensitivity I've had before with other whitenings. Cheryl put my mind to ease with terrific after care instructions and my teeth feel perfect. Love this office!
