Had my first visit today. Previous dentist office had consolidated twice in 2 years and finally they moved far enough away that it was a pain to get to. So here we go! First, their hours are a bit weird right now as the Doc has two offices. They are in Watertown on Tuesday and Thursday as of this review. I called and left a message and their office assistant got back to me the next day they were in. She was excellent, set me up with an appointment at a good time, very friendly and very professional. Appointment today, standard paperwork, right into the chair. Updated x-rays (it had been a year and with another dentist) and the hygienist did a tooth polish first (new one for me!) Doc was in and we chatted a bit about my history and he actually did the de-scaling/cleaning work with the hygienist assisting. Dr Hanna did a very good job, no pain, no excessive bleeding, no issues! I was out in a bit under an hour. Office was spotless, COVID protection was top notch, and staff were great. Thanks so much!

I love my dentist! He is the most patient and gentle dentist I have ever gone to. Dr. Hanna's office is modern, comfortable and very welcoming. His staff is always so friendly and professional. I always recommend Watertown dentistry to everyone.

I love my dentist! He is the most patient and gentle dentist I have ever gone to. Dr. Hanna's office is modern, comfortable and very welcoming. His staff is always so friendly and professional. I always recommend Watertown dentistry to everyone.

I've had some scary experiences with dentists which made me wary of even going back until I found the right one. Dr. Hanna and his team have always made me feel very welcome and they're very kind and accommodating. They've helped me through extractions, cavities, and a lot of anxiety over the past few years, haha! It's worth the hour long drive for me to still see them even though I've moved away since. Grateful for their expertise and warm atmosphere.

I had seen another local dentist and was horrified with the upselling and shaming I received, so I decided to give Watertown Dentistry a try. What a night and day difference. Everyone was kind, helpful, caring, and during my crown replacement I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever. I'm so glad I changed to this practice. They make me feel welcome and valued.

After neglecting my dental health for quite a while because of a fear of dentists, I decided to go and see Dr. Hanna after my husband went and told me how great he was. I was not disappointed! He was patient, gentle, and most importantly non-judgemental. I've never missed a cleaning because I no longer dread going to the dentist! The best part is that I have my smile back and can take pictures and make memories with confidence!!

I came here once to seek a second opinion regarding the necessity of a wisdom tooth extraction. I deeply appreciated Dr. Hanna's honesty and sincere advice. I didn't end up getting the extraction in the end because he stated it wasn't necessary. I was happy with the friendliness and service of other staff members and would definitely come back here!
