This dental facility is a scam, nothing more. They're after your money, not your well-being. They will use every single excuse to get any amount from you. I brought my mom a couple of weeks ago for a second opinion. Which means she already had full X-rays done, including panoramic. I brought copies of her X-rays so she wouldn't have to go through radiation again. Over the phone, the receptionist told me they would gladly accept copies of X-rays and work along with them. Soon my mom sat down on the chair, a nurse came in and told me she was going to perform X-rays. I was like ma'am? The whole point was to avoid double radiation for no reason and your facility had already agreed to this. You didn't even ask what was bothering my mom, so how do you even know which tooth to scan? She guesstimated the left side of her jaw and went ahead and took a picture. I didn't want to be rude and let her do her thing, since she made it sound important. A couple of seconds later, she looked at the X-ray she took and it didn't look right because SHE PLACED THE THING IN the WRONG SPOT OF THE TOOTH, which resulted in her retaking the image. A couple of minutes later, we met a doctor and after taking a blitz look at the X-rays, he told us without a glitch, that treatment would cost us nearly 20K... I knew at that point, that this facility was running under some interdepartmental conspiracy. Doctor never asked what was bothering my mom, what tooth hurts, and her oral exam lasted 3 seconds total. Very thoroughly exam, I can tell. We both were very upset and tried asking what would be our next step? He kept telling us he will refer us to Endo while being super vague to respond to legitimate questions. Upon leaving this horrendous place, we were charged grand total off $100 for 2 images of X-rays. What a waste. Each image costed $50!! Remember, X-ray was unnecessary, and it was forced upon us while second image was taken because of nurses lack of knowledge of doing things right in first place. This matter will be taken to BBB and if needed to higher echelons. Avoid this place at all costs! P.S. 5 star reviews are fake.

My daughter went to an appointment yesterday for a simple retainer recheck. They ended up charging me for an X-ray and a whole new reevaluation, even though we have been customers since 2018. The new dss is greedy and out to charge you for every thing, even if it isn't needed. Beware! Update: just spoke to someone. I was mocked by the person I spoke to and the people in the background. They were over heard laughing at my complaints. The person spoke over top of me and never once stopped talking for me. It was degrading and rude. As far as the response from the office below - I never once said I wanted free care. This was a statement the man I spoke to kept saying I wanted. Instead, I just simply wanted to know where, when and how was the X-ray procedure communicated before the appointment...simply put, I didn't know this was a cost I'd be incurring.....I am paying without insurance. There was zero compassion and zero respect. I wasn't even allowed a second to ask this question or to hear the explanation. Again, be careful and ask for the costs up front! And I guess I should add, don't expect a respectful and calm conversation if you have a dispute....they only know how to escalate things. Definitely not the behavior one expects from "professionals" in the health care field.

My daughter had her hygiene appointment with Mary on the first day of school, yes, I know I'm late, and she was more excited to have her teeth cleaned than she was to actually go to school. Knowing how happy and comfortable she is when it's time for her to go to the dentist makes it so easy and stress free. I couldn't ask for a better office to go to.

This place is very unprofessional. In the middle of a filling procedure, the dentist got frustrated, left me laying there with my mouth wide open, and took a 15 minute smoke break. I went back for a 0830 cleaning, checked in at 0805, and it was 0840 nobody contacted me to even update me on what was happening. So, I had to reschedule again. I wish I had read reviews like that before choosing this place for dental care through the VA.

My son had his 6 month cleaning with Mary this afternoon. As always, Mary was efficient, personable and made him feel right at home. He looks forward to seeing her every 6 months. I couldn't ask for a better hygienist for both of my kids.

I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. I didn't even throw a fit. We are all human. I get it... but not telling me my insurance is out of network. Overcharging my insurance for procedures not done after you knew I wasn't coming back. Frauds. Rushing the procedure. Dropping my crown on the ground before it was put back in. Claiming on insurance a new crown was made when it was my old one that I had saved after it fell out 4 days prior. Now I am supposed to be out an extra $1k. Then my bite was off for a week. I asked for my records and I was told there is a 48 hour holding period. I waited a week and I was told they were not ready after wasting my time for coming in. I would give this place a whopping 0 stars if possible. No respect. No dignity. Rude service. But everyone who works there is probably used to it. Thieves. I was even laughed at after I walked out. Save your money from this joke of a place. Anyway to con you. They will. I will make sure to let the entire community know any chance I get to not go here. *** Your response is a joke. I have no problem paying the bill. I have a problem of not doing what I asked. And then claiming other procedures were done and charging me for them. There was no need for clarification. You can't guarantee anything. I asked for my original crown that fell out to be recemented back in my mouth. It had been out for 4 days. Which you agreed. It's even in the first claim. I was not talked to or asked or recommended about any new crown or any procedure that needed be done besides a filling which was also double charged for the same tooth for one filling. So do not tell me it is my job to ask questions for the work performed when I specifically asked for what I wanted. I handed over my crown to the dentist. He asked for it. What do I need. To clarify what he does next with it? Do I need to question every instrument being used? Yeah it's called being duped and ripped off.

Another cleaning appointment with my hygienist, Mary. She's a total professional. Even though she has been my hygienist for several years she still takes the time to explain what she is doing. Thanks!

I scheduled an appointment for June 2022 during my December 2021 cleaning (six months in advance). The office called to cancel while I was en route to the appointment. That's fine--things happen. But the soonest they were willing to reschedule was January 2023, seven months from the date of the appointment that I scheduled six months prior. They offered to put me on a waitlist, but I do not have that level of flexibility in my schedule (hence making appointments six months ahead). This demonstrates a complete lack of respect and care for their patients. I do not recommend this dental practice.

The staff is very welcoming!! The technology is simply amazing. The dentist is genuine nice guy who cares. I don't think you can ask for anything more? UPDATE Okay I had the Same tooth worked on several times. I finally switched back to my old dentist and they are old school but nothing takes 5 times to fix. Disappointing the staff is amazing. There quality of work needs a little help. I think they rely heavily on new technology that's not exactly right.
