I'm 52 years old and I've been to many dentists in my life. This was without a doubt the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. Sherri and Dr. Ginter were both gentle, calming, and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

CS FAIL! ( 0 Stars ) It is my responsibility, all my fault because I forgot my card. You could not find my Delta Insurance? Even if that is 100% of the case. After taking the day off to secure this appointment. Staff at Waterside Dental does not make me feel comfortable in returning to the Venice Office for any visit.

I had my 4 month dental cleaning on July 21 with Sheri. She's a super hygienist and takes excellent care of my teeth. She explains everything she's going to do before she does it, points out all my problem areas and recommends things I can do to improve my gums.

First visit on 3/16/2022, Billing dept has me looking for another dentist ! Called 4 times in a 13 day span to resolve a overcharge that they charged me for. No one seemed to know what they were talking about when it came to billing ! They act like no one else knows how Insurance works and how much we should of been charged. Promise of Manager will call you back, and never did ?! Took 4 phone calls out of my busy day to try to resolve this issue, 121.00 of my money due back to my card is hard earned money, Very unacknowledged group of billing people I ever spoke with. People please look at you EOB and ask for your money back.They just loss a good paying customer that will be watching for her reimbursement .

Dr Ginter and her team are outstanding. I highly recommend this office. They were on time, did a thorough exam and explained everything to me. I was completely satisfied.

awesome experience. I hate the dentist but love Dr. Aareet Sandhu and her assistant Lisa. They make it fun and provide attentive and high quality dentistry. I had tooth extraction and a cleaning in a previous visit. Would go again! Highly recommend!

Keep cancelling our appts then saying my husband has to pay for gum disease antibiotics..if they would keep the appt for cleanings then he wouldn't be more susceptible to gum disease. Looking for new dentist!

Had a wisdom tooth problem, Became infected and was in terrible pain, I went in and everyone was super nice and compassionate which was awesome! I absolutely fear the dentist office like nothing other. They gave me some antibiotics and stuff for pain, when the infection was gone I came and had it removed, Dr Sandhu is an absolute pleasure to work with, very confident yet still compassionate, herself and my nurse made it the best dental experience I ever had!! Will definitely be back for any dental work!!
