In her free time, Bayleigh enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She likes being on the lake (who doesnt?), painting, and going to football games. Bayleigh keeps everything running smoothly for us at the front desk, and she is always ready to help patients with anything from scheduling to insurance and financial questions.
Lauren graduated from Florence Darlington Tech in 2009 with Associates degree in Health Science and loves being a Registered Dental Hygienist. Lauren been part of Waters Family Dentistry since 2016 after moving to Anderson with her husband, Michael. She enjoys working with Dr Waters because he always treats his employees and patients as he would his own family. The most rewarding moments as a dental hygienist are when she can educate and encourage patients to achieve optimum oral and overall physical well-being.
Lauren is originally from Monteagle, Tennessee, and relocated to Anderson in 2018. She has been a Certified Dental Assistant since 2013 and is also recognized by the Dental Assisting National Board. She takes pride in ensuring quality dental care on every procedure, and her goal is to keep our patients healthy and happy!
Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys cooking, traveling, running, exercise, and time with her fianc. She loves her two dogs Sargent, a black lab, and Abby, a beagle. Laurens commitment to kindness and hard work are on display daily, and we are lucky to have her!
Originally from North Carolina, Debbie attended East Carolina University, and Greenville Technical College. She has been a certified dental hygienist for over 30 years. Debbie enjoys getting to know each patient and developing relationships with them, and their families.
When she is not at work, Debbie spends time with her three children, and six grandchildren. She lives with Billy Bob, her rescue cat, and loves to travel. Debbie has been snorkeling in Hawaii, ziplining in Puerto Rico, and hopes to see Alaska on her next trip!
Amanda is an Anderson native, and she graduated from Tri-County Technical College with her Certificate in Expanded Duty Dental Assisting in 2011. She is recognized by the Dental Assisting National Board as a Certified Dental Assistant. Amanda joined Waters Family Dentistry in January of 2012 and has been with us for over seven years now.
Amanda is always on the go, attending little league sports and other events, cheering on her stepchildren, nieces, and nephews. Family is very important to her! Amanda has one of the kindest hearts, and her care and compassion are an asset to our office.

Dr. Waters and his staff are very nice and knowledgeable. I travel an hour to see Dr. Waters and wouldn't think of changing to a closer dentist. Wonderful office!

Finally I found a dentist in Anderson to be proud of! Dr. Waters and staff treat clients with kindness and appreciation. So far I've had no waiting time, which really surprised me because two dentists prior to Dr. Waters had me waiting for up to an hour. Also, when he performed a procedure requiring anesthesia I hardly felt the needle! Dr. Waters knows what he's doing and I'm proud to call him my dentist.

I really can't say enough about how wonderful I think Dr Waters and his staff are. They are all so sweet and inviting. From the time you walk in the door until you leave it is a wonderful experience. I really hate having to go to the dentist but I know I have to. They treat me with such respect and compassion. I have cried with them and shared with them and they have helped me feel good about smiling again. They care about me and that means a lot. They have really made a huge difference in my confidence and well being. They seem like family. I'm not very good at expressing myself in writing but I wanted to tell everyone how much I love them and my words just do not do them justice to how wonderful they are.

I will just say it again! Dr. Waters and his entire staff have simply been the most professional, courteous, and just overall pleasant folks when it comes to my visits. For years, doing my cleanings and today a filling, they always ensure they take their time and make sure it's right. I can "almost say" it's a pleasure every time I go.

The bad news is I learned today that I have to have a root canal tomorrow morning. The good news is that my husband and I could not go to a better dentist than Dr. Waters DDS. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Dr. Waters is very thorough and caring wanting to be sure you aren't in any pain! I have never enjoyed going to the dentist but Dr. Waters and staff make it a pleasant experience!

Dr. Waters and his staff are so professional yet they treat you as family. They are so concerned about the comfort of the patient and provide such a relaxed atmosphere in the office(which is hard to do in a dentist office.) They are always willing to work with you on scheduling and other needs.
