Dr. Jason T. Culley, serving in the Powell and Grandview offices, has been associated with Watermark Dental since the summer of 2000, when he was an intern for both Dr. William Reuter and Dr. Dennis Burns. A Springfield, Ohio native, Dr. Culley received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Wheeling Jesuit University. He then received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University in 2003. Dr Culley began his career in private practice in Marysville, Ohio, and then in 2008 became the owner of Watermark Dental. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Columbus Dental Society, and Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Culley has dedicated himself to the pursuit of expanding his skills and knowledge in the field of restorative dentistry. In doing so, he routinely obtains three to four times the required number of continuing education hours the State of Ohio Dental Board mandates. He obtains most of his continuing education through the nationally renowned Spear Education Group, which is located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Culley has been voted by his peers as one of the Top Dentists in Columbus, which is surveyed and published by Columbus Monthly magazine.
Giving back to those who are less fortunate is also something that is very important to Dr. Culley. He spent seven years as a founding Board Member of the Free to Smile Foundation, which provides cleft lip and palate surgeries, and dental treatment to both children and adults in third world countries. He has been on four mission trips to Cambodia and Guatemala. Closer to home, Dr. Culley was named Advocate of the Year in 2011 by the Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Board of Franklin County for contributing his time and talent to those afflicted with those aforementioned conditions. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Culleys attention is focused on that of his family. He and his wife Libby reside in Powell, and have three children: Quinn, Brandon, and Caroline. He also enjoys playing golf, reading a good book, and cheering on his beloved Ohio State Buckeyes.
Originally from Carmel, IN, Dr. Rouses excitement for dentistry was first sparked by a high school shadowing experience. The balance of science, hands-on artistry, and relationship building lead him to specialize in his undergraduate studies at Ball State University in Biology. While at Ball State University, Dr. Rouse was captain and twice earned first-team all-conference honors as a member of the mens volleyball team.
Dr. Rouse went on to study at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where he was awarded the Academy of General Dentistry Senior Student Dental Award. He completed a General Practice Residency at Harlem Hospital Center in New York City, which focused highly on root canal treatment, dental extractions and bone grafts, crown and bridge restorations, and dental trauma.
Dr. Rouse is happy to return to the Columbus area to continue his dental career. He brings his love for patient satisfaction combined with a passion for art and science. He hones his craft through continuing education courses and conferences locally and across North America. Dr. Rouse is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

I went to Dr Culley to get a 2nd opinion. He is honest, very competent, professional, and friendly!! His staff is the same!! I think I will switch for Dr Culley to be my dentist.

Great service over a year ago I wasn't even a patient and they still did everything they could to get me in to fix my tooth issue. I now drive over an hour to have my teeth cleaned by his staff. Dr. Culley is the best dentist I have every had.

Great experience. My first appointment was today and I'd probably wife my hygienist if I wasn't taken. I had a cleaning and some small fillings. Was there for about two hours and it flew by. Everyone was friendly and personable.

I have gone to this location a few years. Staff have been very professional and helpful. But of late one of the staff members have a been a little rude. Once I forgot to put on my mask when I was checking out. She asked if I had a mask. I said yes and oh I forgot. Then I put on my mask. But she kept saying we have mask after I had put my mask on. I had to reminder her hey I have on my mask and after my examine I forgot. She seemed to be scolding. She said well yeah but when you come out you have to put it on. Well I knew that but the way she keep going on and on became annoying to me . The other day I had an appointment and when I arrived I ranged the bell. The appointment was kind of an emergency and they got me in right away. When that person came to the door , this is how I was greeted. How my I help you. I looked at her and she then said are you (my name) I said yes. I sit, she took my temp and I waited. I was on my lunch to attend the appointment. I waited 30 minutes before she told anyone I was there. The first 20 minutes I do understand there was a patient before me. I just never heard her say these things to others. And this person seems comfortable with being rude in my opinion. I have never had these issues before now. I am a introvert and don't talk alot. But it is just how I am. But there is no reason to think its okay to have this behavior with me. I'm only a customer.

Abbey is a phenomenal hygienist who relieved any and all anxieties I had about not having been to the dentist in a handful of years. I felt very taken care of at this practice and plan on seeing them twice a year, just like I'm supposed to! Thank you again!

The Dentist was very nice and courteous, he used a probing camera and has a screen in front of you to show you the condition of your teeth then shows you any issue you maybe having with your teeth.
