Went with my daughter, everyone was so nice and the lady at the front desk was so nice to my daughter. Everyone was very professional and they really care about and your dental health. Definitely would recommend!!

The dentist I saw was Dr. J. The staff was all incredibly friendly and professional. I'm always super nervous going in to see the dentist and they calmed me down. You could tell how much experience the staff had working with one another's they were so cohesive and never made me uncomfortable. Highly recommended for any dental procedure large or small.

The staff at Waterman Family Dentistry was wonderful!! Everyone made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! They were very professional and answered every question I had and put my mind at ease! They actually made me not mind going to the dentist!

Edit: DO NOT PAY OUT OF POCKET! I was told to pay upfront and that I would be reimbursed after my insurance paid. Big mistake. 8 months later and the claim still hasn't been filed with my insurance. This seems to be a common occurrence with their office (see other reviews). Original Post: Had a root canal. Dr. E was great. Alicia is always very welcoming. Tina was great help! Didn't feel a thing!

I just started here and had Dr. Jow as my dentist. I found the check in and service to be very easy fast and friendly. Dr Brian Jow was very friendly and his work was very gentle and painless. The office is clean and well organized. I highly recommend Dr Jow and this office. Michael Demas.

Went in today for our new patient exams/cleaning and it was a wonderful experience. They were able to schedule was quickly and they take Concordia insurance (active duty families ). Staff was very friendly. Office is clean. Visit started promptly. X-rays happened right from the chair. Cleaning was thorough. Doctor is friendly and clear with diagnosis/instructions. *I told them my jaw gets so sore from holding it open and I was offered a block to bite on...GAME CHANGER! I have never had an easier time during a cleaning* I prefer family practices so we can all go know the same day and they were more than happy to accommodate all 5 of us. :)

I'm editing my response from wonderful to terrible! I DONT recommend coming here if you have united Concordia. Their billing is a DISASTER. The care was decent. But the billing ruined it all. They didn't bill my insurance properly three times, and had me pay out of pocket before they billed insurance, even though they had both on file a week or 2 prior to my appointment. Myself and united Concordia are MAD.

Overall excellent experience here. I can't stress enough how welcoming and friendly the whole staff is from the front receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentists themselves. The dentist goes over every single detail with you before and even tells you what he is doing as it's happening. Highly recommend this place.

Today I visited Waterman Boulevard Family Dentistry. And I must say that I was well pleased with the customer service and the way that Dr. Katrina took care of me. I would and will recommend them to anyone whose looking for a dentist.

I received wisdom teeth consultation and extraction. I did not receive a waiver, treatment plan, risks and benefits of the treatment, nor the cost ($2,480 after insurance) until after the procedure. Dr. Evangelista did not sign my prescription for pain medication, antibiotics, or steroids, and I had to return from the pharmacy back to the office to get the prescription signed. After 24 hours since treatment, my mouth is still bleeding and tingly, and was told to just call back tomorrow. I'm not sure how this business is so highly rated, especially with such huge red flags. I have already reported them to the board of dentistry and to my insurance, and recommend other bad reviews to do the same.
