I am originally from Whitehall, Wisconsin, though I now call La Crosse home. After graduating from Whitehall Memorial High, I attended BYU and later graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy Dental with my DDS. I was drawn to dentistry in large part because my father is a dentist: I grew up around dentistry and always enjoyed it.
I love the fact that this profession allows me to work with my hands and interact with people. Im also very interested in the science behind dentistry. I joined the Waterloo Heights team after moving from Detroit, and Ive enjoyed the transition tremendously. I believe my skills with dental implants and endodontics are a significant asset to our patients and community. I always strive to bring to the office a personable attitude, focus on teamwork, and eagerness and enthusiasm for learning. What Ive enjoyed most about working in this office is meeting people from the community and working alongside Dr. Treyce and our team.
Outside of the office, I love spending time with my wife, Lindy, and our two boys, Theo and Asher. Some of my favorite activities include mountain biking, fishing, DIY projects, camping, waterskiing, snow skiing, and card games. Some interesting facts about me: I always wanted to be a competitive waterskier; Ive lived in Santiago, Chile, for two years; and Im fluent in Spanish.

GOODDDDD My teeth problems has been bothering me for years . After I come to this place , they fixed everything for me. Dr Treyce very good skill with patience.and thank you for assistant Kristin and Tracey , Stacy, corissa, and Susan. They are all great and very good help. I'm here for a deployment. I'm from New York . I'm leaving at the begin of march 2022. This place recommended.

I recently switched dental offices and so glad I did. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, actually makes me enjoy my time at the dentist!

I've been to many places and not one stacks up to this place. Goff is amazing the the help here is beyond great. Really treat you like family and that goes a long way.

Where to start! If I could give more stars I definitely would! They all deserve it! Each and everyone I've worked with so far at this place has been extremely helpful, personable, friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable! They took me in as a new client 3 months ago and have been top notch so far! Dr. Treyce has done a phenomenal job with all my dental work! Thank you guys for being so accommodating and making me feel like a whole new person! You all have treated me like family as soon as I walked in the door :) Keep up the good work everyone! -Kyle P.s. As a senior citizen, I have been to many dentists over the years. Bar none, the care I've received form Waterloo Heights Dental is above the rest. The entire staff are very professional, friendly, and always make me comfortable at every turn. I recommend them to anyone.

I really loved the care from Waterloo heights while I went there. The dentist was great and the dental assistants as well. My only complaint is the receptionists. I often felt judged if I hadn't been in in a while or just like I was inconveniencing them if I had questions. With them being the first people you speak to upon arriving for an appointment it always kind of set me up with an already negative mindset. Unfortunate because I love the care I received but ultimately caused me to go somewhere else. Great dentist and assistants though!!

I've been coming here for a few years now and won't trust anyone else with my teeth. The care is great and the staff has been exceptional. They have remained flexible with me as my schedule often changes rapidly but they've been quite patient since taking me as a patient. My teeth are pretty good so I haven't got any experience with a major dental procedure but with as good of care as they've given my teeth, I'm hoping I shouldn't have to.

I recently switched dentists to be closer to home and I am so happy to report that I made the best switch ever! Not only is Dr. Shih and her staff nearby, they are the epitome of excellent patient care and comfort. Everything is explained to you up front and you are in complete control of your dental care. Options are laid out nicely so you can be well-informed before making a decision. On top of it all I am deathly afraid of dentists but when I walked out of my first appointment I felt pain free and anxiety free. Thank you Dr. Shih and your staff for your excellent care and concern for my dental work!

From reception all the way thru they are friendly,knowledgeable ,and experienced. Dr Shih is very talented and a perfectionist so you will get great results. She is also nice and funny. All the ladies are great. I have no insurance so I use the Care Credit plan (...way too many candy bars as a kid) you will be happy you went to Waterloo Heights.....shari Arnold
