Dr. Rask was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. After graduating from the College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts, he attended Oregon Health and Sciences University School of Dentistry. Dr. Rask stays up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry by attending study clubs and courses focusing on cutting-edge techniques and materials. He has volunteered his dental skills for Oregons Mission of Mercy and Give Kids a Smile and would someday like to travel to serve underprivileged areas.
He is married with three young children, Tyler (8), Brandon (6), and Natalie (3). When he is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and friends, playing bass guitar and piano with his twin brother in a band, and hanging out at the beach.

Dr. Rask and his staff always try to make us feel comfortable. They also help accomodate disabled patients. Service is done with a smile, and never feels rushed.

Jenny is an excellent hygienist. The only one in all my dentist experience that made me not hate going to the dentist. Dr Rask is also very understanding and gentle. I like their approach to dental care. I would recommend this practice.

Great Experience! To be honest, I am not a fan of the dentist and I'd rather avoid it. I even went for an initial visit to another local dentist but it did not feel professional so I never went back. Instead, I found this office and it was a very comfortable and professional experience. I actually look forward to going back and completing my treatment. Dr. Theodore and his staff are great! Do not hesitate to go here :)

Great staff and personable. Dr. Ted is a great dentist and all around nice guy. Jenny is always fast, friendly and efficient and Andre'a and Heather are super friendly at the front desk. Highly recommend this office!

A very caring and wonderful staff!! I had a lot of anxiety about going to a dentist before coming to them but they have made some pretty intense dental emergencies as breezy as they could possibly be! They have answered all my questions along the way and even helped me understand my insurance. If you are looking for a dentist, you absolutely want to visit Waterhouse! They play awesome music too :)

Doctor and staff were very friendly and welcoming but it took a lot longer than expected to be examined by Doctor. My appointment was at 3:30 but Doctor came in until 4:40. I have another appointment next month, hopefully the wait is not too long again.

The staff was friendly, professional, clearly managed expectations, and provided insight into maintaining oral health and treatment options. Of course most of us don't relish a visit to the dentist, but it was quite pleasant and I left smiling (brighter).

Was referred here by someone else who's been a patient for years. Highly friendly and knowledgable staff that really care and work with you. I appreciate their time and care they put in to people. I hope I never have to move because I love this place so much. Dr. Rask is caring and kind and is really good at what he does. They make you feel relaxed and welcomed. You can watch Netflix during your procedures !! The front desk staff has always been so kind and helpful and always communicative and will lay out what your insurance covers and a plan for your dental health. The assistants to Dr. Rask are always kind and make sure you're comfortable as well. SHOUT OUT TO JENNY WHO IS THE BEST TEETH CLEANER. 10/10 would recommend.
