I found this location when I lived in frisco and everyone here has been so nice and listen to your concerns. I keep coming back and look forward to my teeth cleanings now!

1. They will ask you to sign a release form to get your own records. But the release form is only for a new dentist. 2. It has been 5 days and still waiting for ALL the records. According to Amber, who said that she is doing it for 20 years, I should be blessed when I got my X rays bit earlier. 3. The doctor will endlessly smile at you but will not discuss the depth and conditions of the cavities. 4. Front desk,: "Just get them filled, and also get dental guard and some other alignment (for worth $4000)". I came for a tooth ache. LOL!

If there would have zero stars , I would have gone with that. My kid treatment started as in network & In the middle of treatment they came and told me that my insurance was out of network, asked me to pay bill amount from the pocket. Also threatened to send to claims if I am not paying this money. This happened with me twice with 2 insurance's ( UHG & Atena ). Be careful while you visit here. After above review, Dr. Lavi called and apologized for the mistake from the hospital and informed me to return what I paid because of their mistake, but even after a month now I haven't received my money nor response from hospital when I tried to contact them.

During our stay in The Colony, I awakened to find that I had a tooth ache. I stopped by Waterfront Family Dentistry and told them of my problem. They were so nice to work me into their schedule and took care of me. The entire staff was so friendly and willing to help and the Doctor was so kind and fixed me up in no time! I highly recommend them for your dental needs!

Very warm friendly greeting , clear introductions and instructions on their process to begin dental services / treatments . Chatted with other patients clients in comfortable waiting area lobby ...received very positive comments and recommendations. The admin receptionist and hygienist were both friendly , professional and well paced with their duties. The dentist made me feel welcome and explained all procedures and activities undertaken . With thoughtful informing conversation on treatments and future necessary dental procedures clarity on associated insurance coverage and our of pocket costs . No loose ends . I highly recommend Waterfront ...for your and your family dental care!

I would highly recommend Dr.Lavi and team. Everyone was professional, kind, and made my experience comfortable. Morgan was so sweet and did an amazing job on my cleaning. Dr. Lavi took time to explain what I was doing well, and what was a bit concern. Overall my experience with Waterfront Family Dentistry was great and I definitely recommend to my friends!

As someone who had a fear of dentists for years i can easily say my experience at Waterfront was the best dentist experience I personally have ever had. The entire staff is extremely friendly and will make you feel right at home. Dr. Lavi is very up to date on the techniques and tools she uses to get the job done and is very knowledgeable. She took extra time to explain the procedure and what i could expect to ease my mind which made the entire experience far more pleasant. I also had the pleasure to have work done by her hygienist Morgan and assistant Brie who were also fantastic. Both ladies went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable and also explained procedures just like Dr. Lavi did. I have already scheduled future appointments and plan to have more work done in the near future because i trust Dr. Lavi and her remarkable team. Can't recommend these people enough!

The staff is all super nice and attentive. The place is very convenient and the office is clean. The doctor uses all updater technology. I'm usually scared of dentist but she has gained a lifetime client. I had a root canal and felt nothing. She was detailed about what she was doing and constantly checking to see if I felt pain. I'm no longer scared of the dentist. I'm referring everyone I know here.
