A great experience overall. I was greeted by name by the front office staff. The assistant was very professional and courteous. Dr. Chapman was responsive in treating any discomfort I felt. When I left the insurance billing was explained to me and I was welcome to contact them with any questions. I received a follow-up phone call the next day to see how I was doing.
One of the best dental/endodontic procedures I've ever experienced. I felt totally relaxed and as comfortable as a person undergoing dental work can be. Dr. Chapman and the entire staff were great. 10 out of 10 Rah-Rah points. Would highly recommend his service for anyone needing to have an endodontic procedure. Waterfront Endodontics rocks!
Kudos to Dr and staff for fully explaining what was going to happen and for the follow-up. Very professional. The' what was going to happen' portion was accomplished so I would understand and the follow-up was an unexpected surprise. Taking time to call and make sure that everything was okay was very nice. Appreciate all that was done.

Dr. Chapman received his bachelor of science from the University of Nevada. He attended Oregon Health Science University for his Doctor of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation, he decided to serve his country and was stationed as a Naval officer in Honolulu, Hawaii where he performed rotations in Endodontics and Oral Surgery. Once his tour was completed, he continued in private practice in downtown Honolulu. After 10 years as a general dentist, Dr. Chapman decided to return to residency to study microscopic endodontics at the University of Southern California. He completed his residency as a published chief resident studying under and alongside some of the most influential Endodontists in the country.
Dr. Chapman is originally from Hood River and is happy to have his wife and two children home. An avid outdoorsman, Travis loves the lifestyle that Hood River has to offer. Skiing, windsurfing, stand up paddling, mountain biking and outrigger canoeing are just some of activities he enjoys.

The other half of Travis has been working alongside of him as office manager since he began in private practice in 2007. She enjoys getting to know patients and ensuring they receive the best experience possible.

From insurance coordination and financial agreements to chairside assisting, Mercedes will make you feel comfortable and help to answer any questions you may have. A graduate from Concorde dental assisting program in 2010.
Gretchen is not only exceptionally professional, she is very comforting to patients young and old. Her chairside skills have been fine tuned to make your time in the chair as seamlessly smooth as possible. Her extensive knowledge in endodontics is very helpful for patients that may have questions about their specific procedure. Always a smile, and happy to talk.

I worked for 2 weeks to get into the Endodontist herein Hood River, through the veterans insurance program Comunity Care with 2 absences in my upper left molars. So after working with the front desk staff there and getting everything squared away. The veterans administration the head MD they through Comunity Care booked my appointment on a Thursday. Waiting for my Tuesday appointment. After the appointment 2 weeks of hard work to get an endodontic approval through the veterans affairs privite insurance and my VA pension insurance through Portland for weeks in advance, they told me" conveniently "on Columbus Day when I could call anyone else to help me at the VA. That they were not going to Accept my insurance and they were going No longer see any veterans or new veterans patients as of Columbus Day making me a non patient on the day after. So to cancel my appointment unless I wanted to pay cash immediately when I came in. I then expressed yes I would love to keep my app. For I was in extraordinary pain. So I would pay that cash to then so I could hold my appointment Please. A senior staff member expensed to me "sorry they'd already canceled the appointment". Not expecting me to say I was going to pay out of my pocket. So they left me high and dry with no medical records, nor where to go and on a holiday. So I had to wait another day and 4 days later still didn't get the tooth completely fixed and I'm in the midst of right now getting more dental work done in Vancouver. I never have been in so much with my teath i.e. tooth pain in my life. I'm ashamed that this company would treat someone like this not just a veteran or a for of patriotism. But an issue of another human being suffering when someone has taken A hypocritic oath. Not a oath of hypocrisy. When you seek to only fulfill your own needs and leave others with nothing but their needs unfulfilled you find yourself living in the Gray area and becoming the emptiness in life there are too many people becoming the emptiness we are all finding ourselves living in the Gray it's time to make a choice please choose to be the light not the darkness we have too many Gray Gray days.

Great place to get this unpleasant procedure done. The staff and Dr Travis ensures the process is smooth and fast. This place is also equipped with some high tech equipment and that is really cool.
