Great dentist! I have been going to Waterford for most of my adult life. Service is excellent. The entire staff is kind and very respectful. I highly recommend them.

This review is not about the dentists and their appreciated hard work. This one star review is for their customer service (front desk) represented in one of their receptionist. Her name starts with the letter "K". This review is about how badly my issue was being addressed, how poorly my concerns were being listened to and how disrespected I felt at the end of the call. As a customer, I was interrupted few times when I was talking and was not giving fully the chance to speak up. In fact, I had to ask "K" few times to let me talk! When I called again to ask her about her name she laughed at me! "Disagreement is acceptable, DISRESPECT is NOT" At the end, I payed a bill for a service I did not ask for in the first place. If I did give my consent to it , it's because I was told by your office that my insurance will cover it. My son can only have one fluoride treatment per calendar year. The second one, which i gave my consent to and which was applied to his teeth back in August, was not covered by his insurance as mentioned earlier. It's the staff's job not mine to check with the insurance first or read my son's dental record before proceeding with any service.

Dr. Perkins is a great doctor that spends time discussing the issue over and over again, even when I reword my question trying for a different answer. Dr Perkins is one reason I continue with the group . Excellent.

As always, Dr. Lily and her team did a fantastic job during my regular cleaning appointment with them. I didn't feel pain at all during the whole cleaning session and they were patiently answering all my questions around oral hygiene. They gave all the advices that I needed and made sure my visit was all worth it.

I am new to the Dublin, CA area and needed an emergency procedure done and I'm pleased to say the all around experience was fast, friendly and excellent. From my check in to my follow up call the next day, this was nothing but Top Notch Service. If you're looking for a complete staff with the best customer service around, this IS the place!

Dr Lily is one of the best dentist out of this place along with her other associates she is a hard worker and strives to do the best in her patient care and that is one of the reasons I trust her with my teeth and my family's dental health so I give her 5 stars and to be perfectly honest there are never enough stars for everyone that works here definitely a good place to come for dental work .

I always am impressed with how clean the facility it, and how competent the staff is. Whether it's getting a crown placed on a fractured molar, or going into for a cleaning, the entire Waterford team always seems happy to see me, and ready to provide whatever dental remediation is in order to a high, professional standard. This goes for the front office as well. By the time I am checking out, they have already run the options for the upcoming work against my insurance and can clearly spell out for me what my out of pocket expenses will be for whichever path I choose to take. Having a Dr. like Dr. Perkins ready to patiently walk me through a procedure takes much of the anxiety out of actually having the work done. He answers my many questions, and then does the work ensuring my comfort throughout. Similarly for my hygienist. Highly knowledgeable in how she works, with a wealth of information on what I can be doing better for my overall oral health. Top marks to the entire team!

Dr. Lily Chen is very professional, developed rapport within a couple of minutes, and gave very useful advice regarding keeping my teeth and gum healthy. One of the best dentists I ever had. The hygienist was awesome. She was friendly, and the whole dental cleaning process was amazingly smooth. The receptionists were also pleasant, and helped me scheduling the next appointment super fast.

Dr Chang and his crew are THE BEST! So caring, accommodating, gentle and nice. Dr Chang is honestly a Miracle Worker. I came in with an emergency situation and very depressed about it. He took the time to talk to me and I knew I was in good hands. I have hope and I'm grateful that I will have my smile back. Waterford Dental and Dr Chang ROCK

I'm about 2 months from ending my Invisalign treatment at Waterford. It's been a great experience and I can truly see such a great outcome. My last appointment I was attended by Nina; YOU ARE AMAZING! Your upbeat and happy vibes really started my day off the right way. Super friendly and patient with your...patient Front desk always recognizes me when I stroll right in and that's definitely a welcoming experience. Thank you all! There's no other place like Waterford.

Very family friendly.. The ladies and gentleman at the front desk watched and played with my daughter while I got a check up. Very thorough and didn't attempt to overcharge me in any area

I always have a great experience at Waterford dental, today I didn't have an appointment but they were able to get me in few hours after I called. Everyone is professional treating patients with respect. Dr. Perkins is amazing, he explains clearly the situation & the options without forcing a treatment. He's very patient & take his time. Zohra has a great personality, she's professional, & she made me feel comfortable explaining every step. Thank you I appreciate you all. I also would like to recognize Yoonie, she's a wonderful hygienist, attentive to every single details always has a new recommendations & follows up to make sure my teeth are in the best shape. I had a very good experience with Waterford Dental. Dr. Chen and her team made the procedure feel less painful and easier. The staff at front desk are very friendly and they provide a lot of help figuring out the scheduling/insurance billing process.
