Dr. Vincent S. Cianciulli is a Connecticut native, born in Stamford. At Southern Connecticut University he majored in Biology and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then earned his D.M.D degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Subsequently, Dr. Cianciulli served a one-year dental residency at St. Marys Hospital in Waterbury which provided him with a strong background in medicine as it is correlated to dentistry .

Dr. Cianciulli has been a practicing dentist for thirty five years. Blessed with a wonderful staff, many have been with him for twenty to more than thirty years. His approach has always been and continues to be focused on the patient needs. He takes pride in being able to work with patients who are apprehensive but understands that cooperation and trust pave the road to good dental health.

Through the years he has developed a great working relationship with many dental specialists. Dr. Cianciulli will often consult with specialists in formulating a treatment plan for a patient with more complex treatment. If the need arises he will also consult with the patients primary care physician.

Dr. Cianciulli is a member in good standing of the American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association, and the New London County Dental Society . Together With Dr. Goetz he continues a very active dental practice at Waterford Dental Associates, but he always finds time to listen to his patients concerns and tend to their special needs. When asked when he will retire, his response is quick and strong. I love what I do and accept the continued challenge of learning and applying the latest techniques in my practice.

Dr. Goetz, originally from Long Island, NY, joined Waterford Dental Associates in November, 2004. He graduated from the University of Buffalo Dental School in 2003 and subsequently attended a general practice residency at the VA Hospital in Houston, TX. At his residency he broadened his scope of practice in implant placement, periodontal surgery, root canals and other facets of general practice.

He currently resides in East Haddam, CT with his wife, Vita, an associate professor at Goodwin College in East Hartford, daughter Jacqueline and son Joseph. They are also proud parents of labs Jake and Gravy.

Dr. Goetz is a member in good standing with the American Dental Assocation, Connecticut State Dental Association and the New London Country Dental Society. He attends several continuing education courses annually to keep up-to-date on the latest technical advances.
