We offer all general dentistry services, including, teeth whitening, cosmetic dentistry, crown and bridge, implant restoration, partial and complete dentures combined with a high level of care, professionalism and expertise.
I would first like to thank you for taking time to learn about our team. My name is Enea Bifsha and I was born in Albania. We moved to the states in 1998 from Eastern Europe and have been in central Florida ever since. My wife Sarah and I just had a beautiful little baby girl come into our life. Her name is Ava Jean Bifsha and she is a healthy blessing!
I attended the University of Central Florida for a Bachelors in Molecular and Microbiology. After graduating the program from UCF, I attended the University of Florida in Gainesville for my Doctorate of Dental Medicine .
My satisfaction comes from seeing a happy patient whether it was from a simple cleaning or other needed dental care. Personally, I believe that best dental outcomes start with patient knowledge. Once you understand what is being done and the reason behind it, we work together for optimal and predictable results.
As a team, we will be involved in the community to raise oral health awareness. Besides the local events, our team will work with the surrounding elementary, middle and high schools to show simple preventive measures for a healthy oral cavity in the years to come.
Volunteering my services to those less fortunate has been a long time passion of mine. Besides the under-served clinics in Apopka, Winter Garden, Naples and Gainesville, numerous trips to different areas of Ecuador have been life changing experiences for me.

Dr.Bifsha is the BEST OF THE BEST. He is so caring, knowledgeable and professional, his staff is awesome, my experience was excellent. There are not many dentists like him, in fact , i have not met any other like him...i have tell all my friends to go to him..kudos doctor!!!

I had an amazing experience overall at Waterford Chase Dental! I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a few years and was a fair bit nervous at first, but they all truly did an awesome job. From the work done by the staff and they're overall attitude, truly both stellar. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!

Been going there for 3 years. Best dental experience I've had. Moved to the area 4 years ago. Wanting to find a doctor, dentist, and a mechanic I can trust. I've found the dentist that I trust. They are great at explaining things. They've always been accommodating in scheduling appointments. Worked with our insurance so the financial part is no worry. Their work has been excellent!

I use to have a terrible fear of dentists due to bad experiences as a kid and adult. I found Dr. Bifsha's office back in 2017 and I am so glad I did. Dr. Bifsha immediately struck me as an experienced, passionate and caring dentist. If you have a fear of dentists, I urge you to give Dr. Bifsha a shot. You won't be disappointed!

The first and only dental office that I've attended since I've moved to Orlando. I now live in Atlanta and I still make my way back here to be serviced. I refuse to go anywhere else. They and the staff are the best!

Dr. Bifsha is excellent and I am very grateful to have him as my dentist. I've experienced the highest quality of care with every visit by him and his staff and have recommended him to my family, which make their way from out of state to receive care as well. Based off of the Google reviews left thus far, I was surprised to have the experience I did. I had been once before and they were fine, as you'd expect a dentist practice to be. This time..not so much - the cracks showed through their 'professional' facade. It was very obvious from the start that this visit wouldn't be quite like the last one - I caught on from the moment the technician met me with her visible annoyance and then her unwillingness to communicate (she had the worst attitude..the lady at the front desk even apologized on her behalf). Well, thankfully one of the many unnecessary specialists they sent me to was honest with me. They explained how Dr. Bifsha was running me in circles and having me waste my money by sending me all over town instead of taking the time himself to help. This specialist was so honest even that he told me I shouldn't even be in his office right now, and he didn't charge me! That's the honesty and professionalism I am expecting, it's human even. They also recommended me to a capable dentist practice, thank goodness. Overall, I observed too many red flags with Dr. Bifsha and his team - a lot more than I shared in this post. Patients want to feel cared for and taken care of, that's the most important thing - and every patient matters (no matter how much $$$$ they're paying)!

I wanted to take the time to write this review right away so that I could remember everything from my visit, and give a most accurate review. I just had my first appointment with Dr. Bifsha today and I seriously cannot say enough good things about this dentist and his wonderful team. I am a dental phobic, and when I say that I mean it. I had a very traumatic dental experience in the past that completely shut me off from dental visits all together for years because I was so afraid of being hurt again. I was almost thinking the only way to get my dental health back in order would be through the use of sedation, which of course isnt covered by insurance and is expensive. I decided to give WCD a chance, as they were highly recommended by my family. I am SO GLAD I did!! The office is very clean and the girls up front at reception were freindly and warm. Then I went back for xrays, which were done with care, ease and gentle hands. Then I met the doctor and I started to describe my traumatic past so that he would now why i shied away from dental care for so long. He met me in the middle with the highest degree of compassion, comfort, and he assured me that none of what I went through would ever happen here, and he said it in such a way that I immediately trusted and believed in him. My one and only request was not to have metal instruments used during my exam and/or cleaning, due to sensitivity and those instruments being the cause of pain for me in the past. Not only was my exam done that way, but my cleaning was too. Both components of my visit were the most comfortable I've ever had at a dentist before. A big plus here too is that Dr. Bifsha will look at your Xrays with you, and together you can look at the areas that need work, instead of the dentist who looks at the xray behind your back and comes in with a long list and treatment plan. I also went in with the inclination that I would need a deep cleaning based on a recommendation from a previous dentist, but Dr. Bifsha said it would not be necessary. That right there proves that he has his patients best interest in mind and cares more about treating an existing issue than making money by selling something additional unnecessarily. I felt comfortable and confident the entire time, and I do need some work done, which will take place over the course of 2 visits, and for the first time ever in my life, I will not stress, be anxious or fear going back to the dentist. I have found a permanent dentist and will never go anywhere else. Thank you Dr Bifsha and team!

Staff are very friendly and professional. Clinic is well equipped and everyone is very knowledgeable at what to do. The doctors are smart and they explain your x-rays/ diagnosis with simple languages to make you understand. Clinic is very neat and well kempt. Pricing is very moderate considering the sophisticated equipments at the clinic. Need a dental care with the difference, Water chase is the place to be. Highly recommended.

Nov 22, 2021 Update Routine cleaning today. Hygienist was Sally who was very gentle... I did not flinch even once! At the end she rinsed my mouth with medicated mouthwash which she said is good for my dental implants. Sally did a fantastic job! Dr Bifsha was great as always... his 5 star rating says it all! Oct 2020 Update Just had my teeth cleaned today... feel fantastic! My hygienist was Amanda who did a phenomenal job. She took her time and was very thorough. Don't be fooled by her petite size, she has strong and stable hands . Thank you Amanda! And of course Dr. Bifsha inspected afterwards to make sure everything was ok. I have great respect for his professionalism, attention to details and above all how he treats his patients. His entire staff is very humble and courteous which says a lot about the kind of person he is and the type of people he hires. Keep up the good work Waterford Chase Dental, and stay safe during the pandemic. Aug 2019 Review Dr. Bifsha is very professional and thorough with his work. Best part is you leave his practice every time feeling a bit more educated and knowledgeable about dental work and hygiene. He treats you with respect and explains everything in great detail. After explaining everything about existing issues or future concerns with your teeth, he gives you choices how you wish to proceed. Never pushy!! His staff is very polite and respectful. Moira has been around since Katie Dinh and her husband ran the practice. She is just a joy!! I have nothing but great things to say about the fabulous team!!

Great office and wonderful staff. I spent the weekend in pain resulting from an infected tooth. I knew which tooth was bothering me, and the dentist confirmed it. They started a treatment immediately and the pain melted away. No more headache, and my mouth feels much better. My husband is a patient here, but after today they have an appreciative patient in me.

I love Dr. Bifsha he's funny, very professional and knowledgeable about the work he does! Also lets not leave out his staff there wonderful as well very welcoming and always have a smile! If your looking for a good dentist I highly recommend going here. I have really bad anxiety when going to the dentist after my first visit with him haven't had that problem.
