I had a recent emergency & they were able to see me promptly. I found everyone very friendly, professional, & caring. Dr Paine's repair on my tooth was amazing & totally pain free. I can't say enough about this dental practice.

My dental cleanings at Water's Edge Dentistry are my two favorite days of the year. I have never experienced a team of healthcare professionals as kind, caring, and dedicated to giving you a good experience as the Water's Edge Dentistry staff. From the front desk to the hygienists to the assistants to the dentists, it is a joy to work with every person there. I am still cavity free, and I credit Water's Edge Dentistry 100% for incredible dental care and most of all, inspiring me to care about my teeth. If you dread going to the dentist, switch to Water's Edge Dentistry and it will change your dental visits into your favorite days of the year.

I recently retired after a career in health care and returned to Manistee where I had grown up. After 30 plus years of living from one end of the state to the other, I was a patient of many different Dental Practices. Although some were better than others, I never found the "perfect one", until now. Sometimes you can search for things, only to find they are right in your own back yard - and that is exactly what just happened to me. I have never seen, nor experienced the extreme level of skill, knowledge, sincerity, kindness and dedication to patients as I have from Drs Paine and Smith and their staff. Receiving the highest level of care and having those Docs display patience above and beyond (as I tend to ask a million questions about procedures), is not something i am use to receiving. In this day and age, you do not find any Doctors who actually sit down for an "unlimited" amount of time, in order to provide information and discuss options of care. Yet, that is exactly what I received. Perhaps the name "Water's Edge" comes from these professionals who actually do "walk on water"! Thank you.

Dr. Paine is best thing that has ever happened to my teeth. His diligence and commitment over the years has provided me with a clean, healthy and straight smile. I'm forever grateful for the work of him and his staff to provide me the best care over the years. On top of that, the secretaries have always been efficient and fast on returning my phone calls, providing documents and setting up appointments without any trouble whatsoever. I'd forever recommend anyone within the Manistee County area to seek oral health care through Water's Edge Dentistry.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Gardner and Megan. They performed a root canal and to my surprise it was a completely pain free operation. Almost like a tooth massage. I would highly recommend Water's Edge Dentistry to anyone! You can tell they truly care about their patients.

Worst dentist I have ever been too. Charges double what imsurance will pay. Stay away.

I went here as a kid. Recently when I needed emergency assistance while on vacation, they got me in and the dentist was extremely helpful and thorough. Highly recommend!
