Each person comes in with unique expectations and desires. It is my job to understand what they require and determine how best to achieve their goals. I work closely with every patient to develop a treatment plan that fits their situation and partner with them to see it through.
This process builds trust and rapport, as the person learns I have their best interests at heart, and life-long relationships are developed. Together, we establish and maintain oral health, along with a smile they love.
Dentistry is constantly changing; it is critical I stay current on new techniques and technology in order to provide patients with the highest-quality care. Each year I complete numerous hours of continuing education. I seek out a wide range of courses, some focused on a specialized aspect of dentistry and others addressing more general topics, in order to broaden my skills and knowledge.
I live in Aston with my wife, Michelle, and our dog, Harley. If Im not seeing patients or studying the latest dental research, I can be found fishing, enjoying music, traveling, and relaxing with family and friends.
The majority of my patients are referred to me by their friends and family. Many arrive with heightened dental anxiety as a result of previous bad experiences with other doctors. These people often feel embarrassed because they have let their dental care lapse, resulting in poor oral health and a less-than-ideal smile.
I take time to listen to each person, learning about their dental fears and what they hope to achieve from care. Rather than judging or lecturing, I meet them where they are and work hard to build trust.
I combine this knowledge with my almost 20 years of experience to augment the services I provide for patients. My familiarity with the latest techniques and processes also helps me provide patients with a full range of care options, so I can create fully individualized treatment plans for each patient.
When not at work, I am usually found enjoying life with my husband Matt and two sons, Joseph and Samuel. I love being outside, whether Im hiking through the beautiful Chester County landscape or gardening at home. On rainy days you might find me at a yoga or fitness class at ACAC, and I make time to enjoy music and read, as well.
I also stay involved with my childrens schools and activities and participate in local charity events, especially those involving health charities. I particularly enjoy speaking about dentistry and oral health at local schools.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The dental hygienist did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Milillo was very thorough. I highly recommend Water's Edge Dental!

The candle in the office is still there. It is very strong and I mentioned sinus issues with it the last time. Why do you have it burning when it is so strong. My daughter had issues this time too.

Dr. Saldivar and her staff are the Best, Lindsay and Holly are very welcoming and always happy to see you. Ashley is one of the Very best technicians, always ready to make you laugh and smile. Mary is without a doubt the best hygienist there is, a very caring staff with Great smiles!! Oh, and by the way, Dr. Saldivar:) the Absolute best dentist!!:-)

Im so very impressed with Waters Edge Dental. I just started going there in November, had to change because of my insurance. This is the 4th dentist in the area Ive been to in 13 years. From the first call I made, to the hygienist and Dr everyone was so lovely. Dr Milillo is so thorough and patient. Ive had some urgent needs and was able to get in to 2 different appointments in less then 24 hours of calling. I never felt rushed and felt heard. Highly recommend!

In the past 12yrs I have been bouncing around from dentist to dentist, I glad I found Dr. Milillo and his assistant Michelle. They brought back the care in dental care. Haven't felt so comfortable getting work done. They are very cautious of your comfort and if your in any pain. They will be my new go to dentist. The office staff is super nice and they play good music.

This is one of the most beautiful offices I have had the pleasure of being treated at. The aesthetic is not as nearly impressive as the care and attention provided from the moment you walk in the door. The dental cleaning left my teeth feeling cleaner than they had in years. I had dental work that I've needed done for some time but wanted to find a dental team I could trust, well I have done just that. I highly recommend the team Waters Edge Dental, from Michele who assisted Dr. Milillo, Mary who cleaned my teeth and Gina who kindly took the time to explain my benefits and answer all of my questions.

I have known Dr. Milillo and Michelle for a few years now when they began to visit my eye care practice in West Chester. As a health care professional myself who aims to provide a superior experience with advanced technology, I am picky about my dentists and other doctors. When my prior dentist's office was sold, it turned into a bit of a mill and I was no longer a fan. So I planned to switch it up and give Water's Edge Dental a try. Before I could get established with preventive care, I had a tooth break on me. Dr. Milillo and his staff were very accommodating in getting me patched up to relieve my pain. I returned for my periodic care a few months later and once again had a stellar experience. The office is very friendly, well-run, and I wish I had switched years earlier.

I won't go anywhere else! The whole experience is excellent. The office is clean, with great views and a calming atmosphere. Front desk staff is super friendly and efficient. Dr. Milillo and Michelle are truly the dynamic duo! They both make you feel like family, genuinely care, and take extra time to not only to educate you but also make sure that you are 100% on the same page with the treatment plan and the results. I have been at this office over a dozen times with my Invisalign treatment plan and now that I am done, I am genuinely sad that I will only see these wonderful people twice a year!

Was impressed with the cleanliness and the good COVID safety protocols at this dentist. Although out of many extractions, I probably had the worst experience with this place. Otherwise friendly staff, and friendly dentist, who called my cell the next day to check up on me, knowing that I had a pretty rough so that was very nice. Still find Smile Solutions to be the best place for extractions in the area. But Water's Edge was okay. I know friends who really seem to love it, so I guess that says something as well.

Overwhelmingly positive patient care experiences per Water's Edge Dental. Admittedly, not terribly fond of dental visits completely independent of Water's Edge Dental. That being said, Dr. Damian, Kelly, and the entire staff have consistently demonstrated a genuine and sincere interest in providing exceptional patient care while assuring any and all questions or concerns are properly addressed in a professional and caring manor. I cannot speak highly enough of the patient care and experience at Water's Edge Dental. A BIG "Thank You" to Dr. Damian, Kelly, and staff at Water's Edge Dental.

I unfortunately went to Water's Edge Dental to simply have a bridge reglued which lasted about 10 minutes which had come out and was ridiculously charged $165.00. Two monthe later the same bridge again came out and the dentist again charged me $165.00 due to his poor work. I strongly urge anyone thinking to have dental work done, stay far away from Water's Edge Dental or get ripped off!!!! Ripped off twice by Water's Edge Dental

Had my first appointment at waters edge Monday February 22nd , I really dislike going to the dentist as most people do lol , the staff made me feel like I was king for a day , everyone treated me like I was the president of the United States from the front desk to the dentist, the follow up call the next day was a big surprise, dr Mililo called to see how I was feeling, you don't get service like that these days, I don't normally do reviews but I couldn't resist doing one for the great staff at waters edge, I would definitely recommend all my friends and family, and kudos to whoever the cleaning company is for that facility, the place was spotless, thank you again to the whole staff at waters edge dental.

I haven't been to the dentist in years and Dr. Dame and his staff made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Friendly service all around. Everyone was very professional and I felt like I was the center of attention. Not to mention the view from the chair is beautiful over looking the lake. I highly recommend!

The actual dental care I received at Water's Edge was fantastic, but I left the practice and gave them a one star review because their administrative office is the most incompetent and unprofessional group that I have ever encountered. I initially left because they raised their rates without telling their patients, then tried to bill me up front for my routine cleaning before submitting to insurance. Their excuse for doing the latter was because they had a new system, and because I was out-of-network (a concept their administrator tried explaining to me very condescendingly, despite the fact that I work in HR and have a thorough understanding of how health insurance works). Also, it turns out they didn't submit my complete records to my new dentist - somehow my last series of full x-rays didn't get included. Since these x-rays weren't on my record, my new dentist ordered a panoramic, but my insurance wouldn't pay for them since I had filed a claim for a pan-x within the last 3 years. I called Water's Edge, and they insisted that it was my new dentist's fault because they didn't check my claim history. NEWS FLASH: Dentists order the procedures, not the business admins, and the dentists don't care what's on your insurance claim record! Regardless, even if the claim had shown up, I still didn't have the x-rays on file, and I'm not sure Water's Edge has that record either, since the person I spoke to freely admitted that a lot of patient records were lost after they converted to a new system. Now I'm on the hook for $69 and neither dentist office will take the blame for this error. It really is a shame, because Dr. Saldivar is one of the absolute best practitioners I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I hope for her sake that she can find a different practice that has their act together.
