Very disorganized. Drove there for my son's appointment, for them to be closed and they never called to let anyone know. When I called they basically said they did call and asked if I wanted to change dentist because I made a complaint. Very rude. Long wait times in the kingsport office.

Their DEMAND for money and payment in ADVANCE of any procedure shows their primary focus is not the patient. I have always paid what I owe, on time, in full and when services have been rendered. I would not recommend this dental office.
