Horrible service! They will not refund the credit owed!! They charged my extra even if when the treatment was covered by insurance. Then they said they will give a check but they have kept me waiting for 2 months. I have been chasing them for 2 months and they have still now given me my money. Initially they gave a excuse stating settlement is done end of the month only. Now , they have put the blame on doctor stating the doctor needs to write a check and he's busy in surgery and there's no time line to get the refund. This is ridiculous and the office desk is extremely rude. Do NOT go to them. It's a scam!!

I usually don't write reviews but thought I should give my input and hopefully help the Doctor out. I would have been fine talking to someone about my issues but no one is helpful at the front desk so here we go. The staff at the front office are RUDE and unprofessional. I have really good insurance but the front staff kept telling me I had none. I kept telling them they have the wrong last name for me in their system. Every time I would call to check on the status of my health insurance they would tell me they still couldn't find it and everytime they pulled up my Information they had STILL HAD ME UNDER THE WRONG LAST NAME.... NO WONDER YOU CANT FIND MY INFO..... Then they have the audacity to act like I am the issue and are bothered by my calls. One girl was finally able to change my last name for me and magically all my insurance was there. I ended up having to reschedule my appointment from how long they took to get it together down there. Its been over a month that I had to go back and forth with them. They say they will call you back but never do. They put you on long wait time and when they pick up they are rude. The doctor seemed great at the consultation but the front staff has ruined it for me. I will not be going under anesthesia at a place that has such low standards for their staffs professionalism.

I usually don't write reviews but thought its necessary this time. The staffs at the office are rude and unprofessional. I have insurance but somehow they weren't able to get hold of them and billed me directly and mentioned I will be reimbursed. Its been over a month that I have been going back and forth with them. I called my insurance and they said they never submitted the claims. One of the staff member was suppose to call me back and provide update but never heard back. The dentist is good but his staff members sucks

Dr Wat did an excellent job on extracting my daughter's 4 wisdom teeth, and removing/implanting an implant tooth for me. The work is impeccable with minimal pain and discomfort in recovery. We are using Dr Wat for our next wisdom tooth removal. We did not have any problems with billing. I'm sorry to hear others have. But, we loved Dr Wat and his work!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here, and had a really good experience. Currently recovering, but that's going very smoothly so far. Much easier than I thought. I want to write a special shout out to Caroline: her bedside manner prior to being put under anesthesia for the surgery, and after while I was waking up, was superb. She made me feel so cared for, and like I was not all by myself back there with strangers. It's not very often that one raves about their dental experience, but she really made the difference for me and my comfort. Thank you so much for your kindness and attentiveness, Caroline. I wish there were more people like you everywhere.

Very knowledgeable dentists and staff.. I had all four wisdom teeth removed and I am glad I was in the care of this office, would go back again for future dental work.

Worst dental office I have been. Can't comment much on doc's skill, since I have been there once for the consultation. They charge me full amount even the nurse made a mistake that took extra x-ray(which they said doc asked for it, I heard doctor's conversation for their mistake), then claim they will reimburse me later. Take me more than 6 month and dozens of calls to get the money back. The worst experience regarding the way they charging patent & how the deal with the patient's followup.

Ridiculously high consultancy fee. It's $75 on its own, and then charge an extra $175 for a "recommended" 3D x-ray, just to be safe. Save your money and go elsewhere

I go here for a consultation, and I paid my part on that day. They billed my insurance for a doctor visit, instead of consultation, so wrong code, then my insurance refuse to pay them, and now they ask me to pay the office visit price, which is way higher than consultation. Stay away from this place, I wish I read other reviews before go there.

This review is overdue!!!! I am a dentist and I only refer my family and my staff to Dr Wat's office if hey need any extraction surgery or any pathology consultation. Dr Wat took care my brother's super difficult horizontally impacted wisdom. My patients love Dr Wat even it's in the most emergency situation. They are always available and very caring. Hands down! Dr Wat and Dr Wat team are the most skillful, most experienced and most compassion oral surgeon I have been working with for the last twelve years! Thank you Dr Wat and Dr Wat!!

beware....this place is a rip off. we have 2 dental insurance and they billed both of them on the same service but still asked for another copay of 560usd top of our initial copay of 149usd....plus the surgery was done 2 yrs ago but until now, we are still billed with monthly interest considering they are the one who delayed the claim submission process....

Scammers, put fraudulent charges on my credit. I never gave these people my social Security number. They are putting numbers they want to make up, on top of that are very rude... Me or my family would never step foot inside of this place.. Do yourself a favor and go to another office..

Very bad experience. We went for consultation and paid their fee in cash. Front desk gave us the receipt and we came home. We did not save the receipt since it has no use or were not looking for any kind of reimbursement from anywhere so we never saved the receipt. After 2 month, received bill from their office and their demand to pay the dues again. We had several conversation that we paid in cash and did not save the receipt but very adamant staff. They did not find the records in their system and now it's our fault and we have to pay again..after several conversation, guess what they sent the bill to Collection because they did not find the records and front desk person screwed up. I mentioned several times if you guys screwed up then why should i suffer the damage but NO....i am looking to go to small claim court but since i don't have receipt and paid in cash...very hard to prove Take my words...these guys are big CROOKS and just care about the money ...no customer service and won't admit even if they screwed up. We are going to report to consumer court for sure to complain .. DO not go there ..we are spreading our words in our network for sure
