With her combined dental experience of 20+ years, you will feel immediately at home with Alissa. Her skill of connecting with patients is something she works diligently at every day. Alissa has an intense desire to see her patients and fellow team members thrive in life. She works with patients to achieve the smile they have always wanted.
Dreama joined the team at Washtenaw Dental in 1995 where she is the Insurance Coordinator. Dreama can also be found assisting from time to time. She graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Washtenaw Community College in 1982 and has been in dentistry since that time. She is a wife and mother of two wonderful daughters.
Outside the office, she is an Evangelist and enjoys all aspects of ministry. She has been on mission trips to Ethiopia and Brazil, which she dearly loves. She has a passion to see lives change for the better and has found that a smile means the same in every language.
Chrissy has been in the dental field since 2010. She has worked at both general dental practices and in oral surgery specialty offices. She is an excellent communicator and uses this skill to help patients understand their treatment plan as well as financing options that are available. Chrissy takes time with those patients that have more questions to insure they are comfortable with moving forward with their treatment.
Brenda graduated from the University of Michigan (2013) with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been caring for patients for over 20 years and enjoys the many opportunities to provide patient care and education in our community. Branda is also a great encourager at heart and takes time to talk with patients about what is going on in their lives.

Had a tooth pulled and the surgeon refuse to give me anything for pain. The tooth pulled was number 30 a big moler. Was told to take tylenol which did not help.

I've been going to Washtenaw Dental for a few months now and gotta say, the staff is AMAZING! They are so conscientious and professional, making the experience far better than any other dentist I've been to! I have always hated going to the dentist, but I have never had a bad experience at Washtenaw Dental! Doctor Omar is absolutely amazing and has done everything within his power to make my experience as painless and comfortable as possible! The hygienist have also been absolutely wonderful! If you're looking for a good dentist with a fun, loving environment, look no further! This place is it!

This dental office is very clean, modern and professional, I loved going here. I have never had a bad experience and always felt welcome and well taken care of. The receptionists are always smiling and friendly :) If you are in the area, I would def recommend this office!

I love Washtenaw Dental. The 45 minute drive is well worth it; from the time I walk in the door till I leave the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The staff goes above and beyond! They made it so easy for a 22 year old college kid to find their first dentist office without parental help. They took me in on an emergency too. They could have fit me in the morning I walked in, but i was working when I stopped by the office. They got me in first thing the next morning and fixed a chipped tooth. I felt so welcomed by the whole staff and I honestly can't wait for my visit in September. Thank you guys!

Dr. Omar and Laurie were absolutely fantastic! They were very patient with me and personable. Laurie was beyond kind and made me laugh. I was treated same day as my exam and they did a phenomenal job! 10/10 dental experience

Would rate this place a NEGATIVE 3 out of five stars. Been patience here for years (mostly for just cleanings and basic fillings) we left the office about a year and a half ago, my wife had a terrible experience here with a surgery that went very wrong, and now it's going on almost two years and many thousands of dollars to TRY to correct the issue. Still not sure if we can get the issue resolved. Truly believe they talk a great game but are not able to deliver and when things go wrong they turn around and try to find a scapegoat, anyone to blame other than themselves. Suffice it to say we most definitely would never recommend this office to anyone. Not sure how they plan to spin this to there advantage as with all their negative reviews, but I will go into more detail if needed. We agree completely with another negative review here that states they are incredible sales people/up sellers (nothing wrong with being a great sales person unfortunately here you don't get what you pay for). Safe to say in our experience we would never recommend this place to anyone, you can make your own choice.

There is only one word to explain washtenaw dental !! ( AMAZING ) I been having a problem finding the right dentist!! & they fix my major problem with my tooth that had problems in the root that was giving me false Sinus infection!! Now I have found the right place!!! They make you feel like your part of there family they do a great job from the girls working the desk to the dentist!! I will recommend washtenaw dental for years to come!!

This office was incredible! They explained everything to me in understandable terms, helped me figure out billing, and helped me develop a care plan. I'm looking forward to continuing to go here!

Absolutely love this dentist. It was my daughter's first ever appointment and the hygienist was amazing, very friendly and showed my daughter how everything worked in a fun way. If anyone is looking for a dentist for their toddler, I highly recommend! (They only take 3 years old and up)

Edit to include response to washtenaw dentals response. Clearly you guys didn't read my review, nor did you actually address my concerns. The assistant helping Dr.Omar didn't want ANY attention on me, she wanted it ALLL on her. Dr. Omar went along with it, focusing on her, and her narcissist personality. Grow up, and act like a professional. Just like customers need to respect you, you ALSO need to respect customers. This office also offer charges quite a bit. I am not sure why, its not like they are superior to anyone else. This dentist off is a joke. I actually left another office recently because the dentist their( who was AMAZING) left the practice. This place seemed amazing, but it was far from that. Their might be some people that work here, that are great, but unfortunately that was not my experience. The first appointment was with a lady named Barb, she was wonderful, then the doctor omar came in, and I felt a lot less confident about being their. I chalked up the doctors awkardness as just maybe his personality was quiet or something. Well I should of listened to my instincts, because I then went back to get a few cavities replaced, and the experience left me very upset, confused, hurt, and honestly, violated. It started with them over numbing my mouth, it looks like I had a stroke! My last dentist didn't even give me lidocaine, she was that good :). Then they just left the room, no one said " we will be back in a few minutes" etc, etc. When they finally returned, they were delayed getting started because the my technician was apparently SICK! She kept sneezing, never washed her hands, complained after having a fever, while she is HOVERING over my mouth!!!!! The techician and the doctor proceeded to speak poorly about me, and other people coming in for appointments! Even writing this is hard, its just insane that this place gets good reviews. Overall it was a an extremely terrible experience. Dentist are a dime a dozen, go somewhere else. They PUSHED AND PUSHED for me to get invisalign. I said " I will THINK about it, and let you know on during my upcoming appointment". Apparently they had already scheduled me for the invisalin, then the technician got all nasty because they had to cancel the scan that they scheduled for me WITHOUT speaking to me first! ***PAY ATTENTION TO HOW THESE PEOPLE RESPOND TO REVIEWS. If this bad stuff didn't happen, people wouldn't say it did. If customers don't come up to you with their concerns, its because you are not providing a safe and trusted place for them to do so. Its pretty simple, do your job, be a nice person, and have some damn professionalism.
