Dr. Lubowitz and the entire staff at Washington Square Dental Group was excellent! I was nervous about finding a new dentist in the city however, I have the utmost confidence in my care here. Plus, the office location is amazing! I look forward to my 6 mo checkups w/ Dr. Lubowitz.

My appointment was exactly as scheduled. Fr. Thurong (sic) was very professional and Lisa the hygienist thorough and thoughtful. The receptionist was particularly helpful in using my credit card.

Dr. Horowitz and his staff have always been wonderful to deal with. He is a great dentist and everyone in the office is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Washington Square Dental Group.

The office is clean, staffs and doctors are very nice and helpful. However I would not be returning. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth intentionally left out my whole upper teeth. I noticed she was super quick, it took her no more than 20 minutes to finish cleaning, which is very strange. When I got home, took out a mirror to check, I see that my bottom teeth are cleaned, but the back of my upper teeth were left as it is, all the coffee stains are still there. Apparently the hygienist think I will not be able to see the back of my upper teeth, so why bother clean them? Also, be aware of your insurance bills. They told me my insurance would cover 100% of the cleaning even though I'm out of net work. Later I found out they billed more than $400 for quick cleaning and exam, and they billed extra X-rays which that's not covered by insurance. I was not informed about the extra X-rays, I don't think if even I took any "extra" X-rays.

The office is organized, efficient, friendly and they have lots of Covid-19 protocols in place. I felt safe and well taken care of. We've been seeing Dr. Darling as a family (father, mother, daughter) for years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I highly recommend them!Prompt, thorough and friendly service!
