Dr. Sung always remembers why he chose to become an orthodontic specialist at UCLA School of Dentistry. He truly appreciates the opportunity to listen to his patient's needs and concerns. Dr. Sung has earned an honorable title of Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, and is currently a member of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO). He is an active member of professional organizations including Washington Association of Orthodontics (WAO) and Edward H. Angle Society of Orthodontists. His clinical and academic research studies were presented in American Association of Dental Research (AADR), Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics (PCSO), and UCLA case reports.

I started my orthodontist treatment about a year ago and I am very happy with my results. The staff is always very friendly and even after I got my braces off they are still very accommodating. I would highly recommend to anyone!!

I only had my braces on for 2 years and it was a pleasant experience and I'm very happy with the end results and they always play Disney movies in the waiting room which I appreciated very much

When my son first got his braces, his teeth were misaligned to the point where his upper lateral incisor caved inwards and his canine popped outwards. Thankfully, we paid a visit here and started treatment immediately and fast forward to now, his teeth are in great shape! They were also flexible with payments, which helped out a ton. I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you want to get braces!

I was recommended to Dr Sung from a co worker. The prices were fair and the customer service was wonderful! My mouth took about 2.5 years to fix. I was a single mom and the team was very accommodating to me bringing my child along. I made it through the entire time of COVID without ever getting sick from them as well. Thanks to Washington Orthodontics I am no longer insecure to smile, I highly recommended this place if you are looking!

The team at Washington Orthodontics did a great job! Easy payment plan, and the staff was always helpful and friendly. We set a goal of braces off before High School, and their staff did everything possible to make this happen. Teeth look great!! Thank you so much!

I just got my braces off and I am in love! I had such an amazing experience with Washington Orthodontics. They made my journey with braces so comfortable and every visit there was always such good customer service. Dr.Sung always kept me informed on the updates with my teeth, and i always knew what was going in in the process. I haven't stopped smiling since I got my braces off!

It was amazing how they managed to fix my teeth, im personally very satisfied with the results and would 100% recommend it. The workers are very nice here. Every single member of staff I met are always nice. If your looking for an orthodontist to fix your teeth you should really go to this one.

I'm not exactly an expert on orthodontists since I've only been to this one in my life, but my experience was great! Dr. Sung made sure to inform me about what is happening with my teeth throughout the procedure, which led to me feeling more reassured. There was a lot of transparency about how everything worked, which is something I very much appreciate. The staff members were all extremely nice and accommodating too. It was a pleasure to be a patient under the supportive crew!

I started my orthodontic treatment here 3 years ago. I finished my orthodontic treatment 2 months ago; I am very satisfied with the whole process, I have full trust in Dr. Jay Sung, I chose the whole thing that the doctor gave me Medical advice, put on braces to pull out the upper two wisdom teeth, keep the lower two wisdom teeth, do mandibular surgery, and then further correct the whole process for nearly 3 years. My case is not complex but not straightforward either, An adult transfer case with one missing molar. Dr Sung was able to lay out a plan that was in line with my prior doctor's idea for a reasonable timeline and cost. In the next 8 month or so, Dr Sung and team applied fine improvements and addressed my concerns, and in the end gave me a good result with a very clean removal process of my porcelain brackets. It always has been a pleasant experience at each visit.

I have been Dr Sung's patient since 2019. He is really great. He even gave me an option for my treatment when I started. I got a really good explanation from him and never regret that I follow his advice. The staff is very nice and very attentive. The place is really clean.I highly recommend this place!!
