My team was awesome. They were very professional and made me feel at ease. They worked seamlessly and were very comfortable with each other. This makes a big impression when your having oral surgery , and are nervous or anxious. Thank you for obviously really caring about me and checking on me later that evening to assure I was comfortable. I will recommend this group , They were all exceptional.

I had seen a endodontist Tuesday morning who informed me that I needed a extraction. I contacted WAOMS right away. They got me in within the hour. I was evaluated and had my tooth removed on Thursday morning. Very impressed with the quick response and understanding of my situation. The staff were great. Kind and friendly. Great customer service from all the staff including the surgeon, they are very polite and helpful. I have bad anxieties from dentist offices but they are great at calming my nerves

I enjoyed my experience with WAOMS Marysville location all the way through the entire process. From the first consultation to the actual surgery date all communication was friendly and taken care of on time. I highly recommend you use this office!

I'm confused by the great reviews... It's possible they are doing better at the stuff I commented on after MY wisdom teeth removals by Dr. Hong 3 years ago. Healing was awful, passing out on the kitchen floor. I went in to tell them about what was happening and he looked at me as if he couldn't wait for me to stop talking, never felt cared for. After surgery, I was immediately put into my car to leave, wasn't given anything to help with recovery. A different oral surgeon did my next two wisdom teeth (the more difficult ones) and he said he did not need to do the expensive scan Hong had me do, and removed them very well, perfect easy recovery. And after surgery, they had me stay there under blankets and closely observed me, sent me home with cold packs and other things to help me recover. Night and day difference between my two experiences. And Dr. Hong had the "easier" teeth to remove. Hmmm....

The team took me on merely hours notice, scanned and identified the problem, and extracted the tooth. ZERO pain. I'm so incredibly grateful for the compassion, kindness, and dedication to my care. I'd recommend this office to everyone!
