Stay away!!! Only reason I had son and spouse was because of the credit card I had to applied for one and used for the other. Finance person - has no warmth and demonstrate the I don't care attitude. They don't call insurance to make sure of what will be actually covered. It appears that the doctor decides on the day off into how the plan will be. Weird. Accountability- they will not admit to their errors. Will give you attitude. Communication- none at all even if process it's taking longer than expected. After procedure- you will not see doctor at all. Rooms and instruments- (spouse it's a sterile tech) room was not sterile and instruments were not handle with the proper process required. As mentioned above, when you are in an financial and time constraints unfortunately you have to proceed with poor clinics like this one. Plus son it's autistic and so couldn't just make a drastic change for him. I have learned a hard lesson. Only people that showed any care was the MA's/techs.

Let me start off by saying I have the worst dental anxiety and I was terrified going into my wisdom teeth removal. The front desk lady was so kind and the office was very clean and comforting. Marina and the female doctor whose name I can't remember made sure I was comfortable. Marina was truly incredible even when I was being a pain from my anxiety. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to do it but Marina and Dr Morton were truly the best people I could have asked for. I would 100% recommend coming here!

I went back to this practice for a tooth extraction under anesthesia & saw another Dr/Dr. Morton. I had a completely different experience. She was professional, kind & informative. The front desk was the same. My 2nd visit deserves 5 stars! Thank you all for making my return visit everything and more. My visits didn't even compare. I will definitely recommend this office with Dr. Morton!!! My 1st experience was one star service--- I saw several other reviews with the exact same complaints as I have. The front staff appeared somewhat courteous, but they don't explain everything completely when it comes to cost. I asked to speak with a supervisor and instead, was transferred to the finance manager who argued my point. They are quick to charge & re-charge money and not explain thoroughly. They even charged my card a 2nd time without consulting with me, and this was after I attempted to call the office to make a small balance of what was charged. I paid a hefty fee for sedation while I was scheduled to have a tooth pulled. I woke up to the surgeon saying he only lanced my abscess, because I couldn't open my mouth wide enough for him to pull my tooth. Please understand that prior to being sedated, the surgeon attempted to open my mouth, and at that time, I was unable to open wide, so this was information we both already knew prior to my being sedated. The surgeon is not personable, nor does anyone in the office listen to any of the concerns I had as a patient. They also did not listen/hear what I had to say about me as a person. I have anxiety about the dentist and that definitely did not seem important. I also don't numb easily. I requested a less expensive sedation where the patient is awake to the point where they can hear and follow instructions, but do not remember the procedure. So in this case you are out of it during the procedure. I've had this type of sedation in the past, but my dental group had to refer me out as they did not have a surgeon at the time. This surgeon prescribed a mental an anxiety med that made me slightly drowsy for all of maybe 15 min. The surgeon also barely spoke and when he did he was rude. He never even introduced himself. He hardly left the numbing gel on the inside of my cheek. It maybe sat on the inside of my cheek for 10 seconds. He was rough with giving shots and got aggravated because I cried, then mentioned sedation to his hygienist who said "the patient can't afford sedation." (Side Note: I defiantly was not paying $700.00 a 2nd time for Intravenous sedation.) The surgeon spoke loudly and asked, "Do you want to continue or not?" I said "no." So he tossed the syringe on the silver tray said, "ok" then he walked out of the room. After 4 shots shoved in my cheek & gums, I was only Numb on one side of my tongue. I will never recommend this place to anyone. ---- I looked back to see there's a lengthy response to my review...... I was sent to this office because my dental insurance doesn't have a surgeon. I never scheduled a 2nd service after experiencing what I did. When I did return, it was because I was charged $700. and still had the tooth in my mouth that caused me great pain. I definitely did walk out the 2nd time and did not return. The attitude of this office is apparent - which definitely shows clearly by the lengthy and rude response to my concerns. I wrote about MY experience at this office, that happened to be similar to several of the complaints I read here.

I would not recommend this clinic for any procedure. 1. The front desk lady did not have a friendly tone of voice at all. When I asked her if she would call when my sister were to finish she said "yes". Then I asked her what number she had on file for this and her respond was "what never did you give" and I responded by asking her to check. She didn't bother to check and just took the phone number done. Her tone of voice throughout seemed annoyed. Very unprofessional and coming from customer service a friendly tone is always appreciated especially at a clinic where people aren't excited to be in. 2. The nurse in the procedure room definitely had a face of "I don't want to be here" and her tone of voice was also rude. Not friendly and not approachable at at. In fact apparently not even gentle either for the patient who had to get an IV. Apparently it hurt a lot. Maybe practicing insertion of IV would be recommended. Inserting an IV shouldn't hurt unless you're unexperienced :) In addition, the tone of voice and faces the nurses had should definitely change. A friendly nurse with a positive attitude is much appreciated. 3. The time from original appointment to the time the patient was seen took an hour. Not even a nurse came to say the doctor was running late. We are smart enough to know things can run late with surgeries but a courtesy of letting us know would have been lovely rather than us asking how much longer. 4. When it was time to get into the car. NO instructions, NO conversations, and NO doctor to be seen or communicated with after the procedure. Just a piece of paper for us to read. I understand common sense and that we can read but in a clinic where you have a surgical procedure you would expect like any other facility to be communicated about after care or at least to speak with the doctor. Guess its a facility that's motto come, done, and goodbye attitude. Overall, poor service, customer service, and patient care. Go to Woodinville or even Seattle. They have wonderful reviews. If it hadn't been for a specific reason we would have gone with them. Never again coming here but decided to warn others.

I would truly like to say I had the best experience, I was very nervous. Dr. Morton is a phenomenal Doctor and makes sure that her patients all get the best and most safe care possible, she is personable yet professional and verifies that you understand the process the entire time. Her assistant Lily helped me calm down and actually feel confident that everything would go well. Marina did an amazing job talking to me while she put in my IV, I honestly didn't notice until she said she was done. Jenni and Emily did a great job in checking in and making sure the staff had all the support they needed which again helped calm a very nervous me. Last but not least the staff upfront Michelle and Ilona were the most pleasant upon greeting me and other patients, the amount of my payment was clear and well explained. As someone with severe anxiety I could not have had a better experience from beginning to finish. I appreciate being treated at this office as their cohesive unit shows in how they all at some point play a part in your experience. Thank you Washington Jaw and Facial you did and amazing job and I will highly recommend this facility to anyone you are in great hands!

Paperwork for post-surgery directions is not complete. Pbone calls are not returned. Very sloppy service.

I don't ever post reviews! To be honest this is my first one haha! Anyways I got all 4 wisdom teeth extracted today by Doctor Morton who was spectacular! As well has her assistant! I was terrified about this because I have never had surgery nor been under anesthesia, but my experience here was very well, they answered any questions I had an assured me everything will be okay! Especially the front desk lady! She was super sweet I believe my procedure only took about 20mins if I'm not mistaken (I was a bit loopy haha), but it was fast and great! So far I am still numb with no pain but I have a weird feeling my pain is going to be minor due to the awesome work doctor Morton did! I highly recommend this place! They are quick and know what they are doing!

WORST experience ever. They almost killed me. In a literal sense. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed last week. During my visit, I had let the nurse know that I was VERY prone to infections, that I had JUST gotten over having a staff infection, AND that I am IMMUNE to penecillin antibiotics. Dr. Christie did not listen to a word I said and proceeded to still give me penecillin antibiotics. Also, while being brought back to the surgical room to get the procedure done, I told them I bruised very easily in my hands and that I'd prefer to get the IV in my forearm instead (I have great veins). The nurse lady didn't listen, gave it to me in my hand, my hand proceeded to have a burning sensation after hooked up to the saline drip. I brought this to their attention, and I was ignored. I also told Dr. Christie that I was a little afraid of going under and his idea of a comforting response was "we want out patients to trust us and feel comfortable, yenno, my job is to get you in, do the procedure and get you on your way and move onto the next" clearly, not a very comforting statement. I was also told then there would be a heads up before sedation me and that did not happen at all. They didn't say a word to me, simply came in, and began injecting me with the "cocktail" sedatives and I was knocked out immediately. Then, upon my discharge I was also expecting formal paper work on what was actually done and tips to follow up and what not and the ONLY paper work I received was a generic post operative care sheet for any oral surgery in general and a script for the antibiotics and pain killers. Nothing about when to follow up or what complications to possibly look for. In the first 4 days, I was in excruciating pain that only got worse. Pain killers weren't working. Nothing was. I called the office twice and was instantly dismissed with the response of "there's nothing we can do, it's not our problem " on day 4 I began to have so much swelling it was pushing on my tounge and began to close my airway. I called an emergency dental line in which I was told to immediately go to the ER due to the swelling blocking my airway. As soon as I got to the ER they saw me right away and had to drain fluid from my cheeks and give me steroid injections to reduce the swelling and was put on a new course of different antibiotics. Since then I began to actually recover and feel MUCH better. I was told by the doctor there "had you come even 30 minutes later than you did, you would have wound up intubated in the ICU with likely possible brain damage or brain death". The doctor proceeded to let me know that this was caused by the fact that the antibiotics were not working. WHICH is exactly what I told the Nurse for Dr. Christie and Dr .Christie himself. But I was ignored and almost died do to their neglect to listen to the information I provided to them. I would not recommend going here. I have never felt more dismissed and ignored by ANY health care professional facility in my entire life.

We had a great experience at the federal way location. Thank you Dr Callie and staff for your extraction of our son's wisdom teeth. You did a thorough, pain free, professional procedure. I recommend you to those in need of a caring, professional oral surgery office. Your staff followed up post - surgery a few hours later on the phone- a nice, classy touch!

From desk girls are nice, but they are not clear with instructions and they make you pay even when it's their fault. I told them I was my sister guardian, not ones they tell me bring proof of any kind, I had to reschedule and pay $50 when I was already at their office.Unfortunately there's not many places to get dental surgery.

They broke my tooth back in December and didn't tell me and I had to figure out to pay to get it fixed ! When I came to get my wisdom teeth out ! The lady in the office was also rude. If you want a good experience I recommend checking out other places.
