My teeth were ruined from a combination of RSD and pain meds for the chronic pain. I live in Irwin, Westmoreland county and every single dentist around my area wanted to pull and give dentures. My daughter went here so I thought I would give a try and it sure did work out! The dentist is wonderful as well as his staff and the best part is that I have my smile back without losing all my teeth!! It was worth the drive and I still go there!

I had the best experience at this office!!! Everyone is so nice, sweet, and helpful!!! AJ was so great working with me during my whole process! It was a very long, rough, and traumatic procedure, and she helped calm me down and in so many other ways!!! She is amazing! And the doctor was great also! He was so nice, and did such a great job throughout the whole process! They both really made the experience a good one for me!!! And Ray, the receptionist, is the best receptionist I have ever met!! He is so nice, and kind, and very personable. He knew me by name from the very first visit! Just an all around great guy!!! Everyone here is so nice, sweet, kind, helpful, and just plain great and wonderful!!! This is the best dentist office you can go to!!!

I had a painful experience and I had 5 teeth to be pulled. They put my inplants in the same day which was awesome. I had bad teeth that needed removed but overall they worked with me and helped me to get a pretty smile again.

I love this Dentist office as I have said before it never fails feeling at home when I come here knowing they have my well-being in there best interest thank you all so much and huge shoutout to Kayla and Kale as well !!!!

Dr Kail is an awesome caring compassionate surgeon & he has a great staff I've been a patient since oct 2016 & it's very easy to get to right across from The Immaculate Conception Church in Washington Pa

Absolutely incredible work. Everyone in the office is awesome. I never took care of my teeth like I should have, but i most definitely will now. They brought my smile back and filled me with gratitude. Thanks guys!!

Very polite, I had to get my dentures adjusted. And I didn't feel awkward one bit. Very professional the lady AJ answered all my weird questions and I felt comfortable with the staff ..

WOW!! IS ALL I CAN SAY....These ppl. didnt know me from Adam i showed up with a pretty bad dental emergency, embarrassed and down and out. Dr Kail took one look at me and and went to work!! Him and the team of dental assistants treated me beyond my expectations.The werent judgemental and were patient and caring. I cannot thank u all enough. See you Soon!!

This office is one of the most smoothly run dentist offices I've ever been to with the friendliest people. From the time I walked in the door until the time I left. Everyone made sure I was aware of what was happening the whole time. I never had any anxiety about my visit there! Thank you to everyone for creating such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere! Side note...the music in the office is ALWAYS excellent!!

I called their office on a Monday morning and had my appt and root canal finished by the same afternoon. Dr. Kail and his staff were very kind and polite. I'm very thankful I was able to call there and be seen the same day, I was in a lot pain for 3 and a half weeks! I'm 4 days passed procedure and feeling great! Thank you again, and I've told my dentist office they need to refer people up that way! :)

We were recommended by another office in Washington, because are insurance wasn't accepted at the other office. Upon arrival, there was a short wait until my name was called. The assistants asked for the concerns regarding my mouth, then notified the dentist to start. The work I got done, was a root canal and a decayed tooth pulled. Even though there were two processes, the duration was a swift 30 minutes. Overall, fast service and kind workers would defiantly Recommend this office for dental work

I haven't been to a dentist office in years.therefore I have quite a few bad teeth that need taken care of. I got one tooth out. one tooth fixed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. being that I was terrified to go to the dentist in the first place. The dentist and his assistant AJ. They had my every need covered. questions ,concerns .you name it. I give them 10 Stars if you're not going to Washington dental you need to start going to Washington dental

My husband went to have a root canal and they glued his tongue to his tooth. We had to go to emergency room because dr Kail does not have an answering service and our primary care dr was concern he would aspirate his food. He found not eat or drink. His lack of empathy and support was disheartening. He never offered to pay our co pay and the er dr said he should have. He had pain because they had to pull his tongue away from his tooth. I've been a r n for 42 years have never seen this care. Soo sad. M murrman r n.

Horrible service. Had an appointment for my 3 year old. My daughter isn't the best with dentists, she will cry and want me to hold her. When I called and made the appointment, I was told this would not be a problem. So after waiting in the waiting room 20 minutes past our appointment time we were taken back. And my daughter started crying. I asked the lady who was doing the appointment if it was ok for me to put my daughter on my lap. She said it was fine. After I put my daughter on my lap the lady left the room stating she would be right back. 2 minutes later the man who's name I didn't catch, walked into the room and handing me a card with a number on it for another dentist stating that they refused to see my daughter because of her behavior. The lady never even tried to look at my daughters teeth. If you're not going to see a crying child, at least have the decency to tell someone over the phone that when they tell you that their child isn't the best with dentists. Instead it was a giant waste of time.

Always a great experience at this office! I normally hate going to the dentist but they do everything they can to make it as comfortable as possible. Kayla is great!!! : )

Went in for a broken tooth which they didnt fix and come out with infection from them not filling one of my tooth in right would not recommend

I love seeing Dr. Kail and all the employees at Washington Dental! I have always had great interactions with them all and the job is always so well done. I definitely recommend!
