Originally from Mumbai, India, Dr. Shah began his formal education at YMT Dental College in Mumbai. After graduating, he continued to sharpen his craft at the NYU College of Dentistry in New York City where earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Working as an associate dentist in a corporate atmosphere, he realized he wanted to open his own practice and provide truly personal, patient-centered service. Fueled by this desire, Dr. Shah founded Washington Dental Studio, where he gets to connect with his community and create confident, gleaming smiles one patient at a time. He loves being able to meet families, foster real relationships, and offer tailored care for each individuals needs.Outside of the office, you can catch Dr. Shah traveling with his wife and seeing how long they can keep a conversation going before talking about all things teeth (shes a dentist, too!). He also enjoys staying active by attending Orange Theory classes and working out on his Peloton bike. Dr Shah is the best! I followed him to his new location from Porter dental. I've had a lot of dental work done with him. He also helped out with my 4 year old son who was in pain and couldn't get on to his dentist, I'm very thankful for him!

I've had two visits with Washington Dental Studio so far; one for a cleaning and another for fillings. I think this team does a wonderful job of making you feel comfortable as well as being gentle on the teeth. Dr. Shah paid attention to the small details when doing my fillings to make sure everything was just right. Definitely would recommend this dental office!

Dr. Shah and his team are fantastic! From the user friendly online scheduling system to the warm greeting when you come in for your appointment you will not be disappointed. The office is all brand new and absolutely beautiful. The dental assistant Brittany was so sweet making sure I was comfortable when she was taking x-rays. Dr. Shah was thorough and explained everything he was doing in terms you can understand. Seriously can't say enough good things about this team!

I had a infected tooth pain was horrible ,called Dr Shah on a friday afternoon he was on his way home ,but waited for me and did a fantastic job on my issues .this Dr is a great guy and the best Dentist ever..you will not find a better dentist than Dr Shaw .Personable, Professional, and compassionate, to your needs, and his whole staff is the same way .I couldn't be happier with my new Dentist .He is the best .Naperville should be happy he is here. Great Dentist and Oral surgeon. #1

Dr.Shah is a very good dentist. He is very humble and kind. He is one stop, clinic for most of dental procedures. From cleaning, restoration, extraction, root canals, smile design and other procedures he does it all, in a very efficient way. He also have many latest technologies like intra oral camera, 3d scan, CT scan, panoramic X- rays etc. The best part is he also have emergency appointments available on any working days, if needed.

When through the door I was greeted with a smile and spoke too. It's sad but into time you really don't get that. Businesses say they do but I know they don't. I go to the doctor alot and other places. Get up the great work and I will recommend family and friends to you.

Just moved to Naperville and as someone who has a fear of going to the dentist I was extremely worried I would have a bad experience. I was happy with a dentist I found in TN and thought there's no way I will find another one I was ok with. To my surprise I walked out feeling like this is the best dentist I've ever been to! I needed a few fillings but Dr. Shah and Julia were very sweet and worked quickly. The appointment times are also great as they could get me in for these fillings less than a week after a cleaning! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Thanks for a wonderful experience Dr. Shah and Julia!

We were an urgent need of an appointment after my three year old had an accident and badly chipped his tooth and possibly caused issues with other teeth. Unfortunately, this all happened on a Sunday, so every place we called either did not respond to our calls and messages, or they said they would only help us if we were current patients. Dr. Shah was the only one who responded to us on Sunday, even asking us to send photos by text. Although, we did not initially hear back that night (which is understandable because he had told us he had just gotten off a flight when he called), Dr. Shah's office was again the only office willing to help us on such short notice after we called countless more places this morning. Once again, everywhere we called was not able or willing to get us an appointment on the same day. We were able to get an appointment with Dr. Shah almost within the hour. When we arrived, dental assistant Julia was immediately warm and welcoming to our child, helping our child feel comfortable. This was our child's first dentist visit, so that was very helpful. Dr. Shah was also very helpful and informative, letting us know that our child would need to get a tooth pulled and that he would be able to help us out in the same day or refer us to a pediatric dentist. For a second opinion, he brought in a pediatric dentist from a completely different practice down the hall. The pediatric dentist said she would be able to handle the tooth pulling for our child since she specialized with children. She saw that it was an urgent enough of a need that she got us in immediately. Even though we didn't end up having the final part of the solution completed by Dr. Shah, he and Julia were very patient with us throughout the entire experience and made sure we understood everything, leading all the way up to the tooth pulling with the pediatric dentist down the hall. My wife and I haven't been to the dentist in many years, partially due to not knowing how to find a good one... but now we found one!
