Originally from Mumbai, India, Dr. Shah began his formal education at YMT Dental College in Mumbai. After graduating, he continued to sharpen his craft at the NYU College of Dentistry in New York City where earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Working as an associate dentist in a corporate atmosphere, he realized he wanted to open his own practice and provide truly personal, patient-centered service. Fueled by this desire, Dr. Shah founded Washington Dental Studio, where he gets to connect with his community and create confident, gleaming smiles one patient at a time. He loves being able to meet families, foster real relationships, and offer tailored care for each individuals needs.Outside of the office, you can catch Dr. Shah traveling with his wife and seeing how long they can keep a conversation going before talking about all things teeth (shes a dentist, too!). He also enjoys staying active by attending Orange Theory classes and working out on his Peloton bike.
