THEY STARTING TO BE UNPROFESSIONAL I REALLY NEED TO FIND ME A NEW DENTIST I'VE BEEN CALLING FOR 2 DAYS NOW PLUS THEY CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT NOW I HAVE TO BE IN PAIN AND WAIT FOR ANOTHER 3 MONTHS THIS IS RIDICULOUS IM SURE THEY CATER TO THE WHITES

I never in my wildest imagination would think I'd be writing a negative comment about this dental center. I've been coming to this place for the past 15 years or so. Every six months they schedule me in for an appointment. I've been calling these people for the past three months to schedule an emergency appointment due to my implant coming out. No luck getting an early appointment so I go into the office today and I'm told I can't be seen. So you know I'm heated! I'm thinking why these people didn't mention this to me months, weeks, or evening day's ago. In short if you value your time this place wouldn't be a good bet. Totally Unbelievable

I love my dentist so much, because they helped me to put in my beautiful teeth in right and they was so very patience with me until they was fitting in my mouth right. May Almighty God bless you.. Thanks you...

Very friendly staff, appointments conducted on time, and Dr. Martin is awesome. Lucky to have found this office years ago.

I been Going to this place for years. To come to find out today I come for a cleaning and they tell me they no longer take my insurance. So If they would of told me that prior to making the appointment I wouldn't even had Came. Bad customer service!

Horrible! They are so disorganized and highly unprofessional . I waited over an hour and the dentist didn't even remember I needed an x ray. I was a new patient too, so you'd think she'd be a bit more on her game. The staff is lazy as they just sat there talking and playing on their cell phones. No one even attempted to communicate with me until I asked what was taking so long. I wouldn't even care if it wasn't eastern market and she knows you have to pay to park. Sadly, a bad experience and I don't recommend it. She is not professional and her staff act more like high school interns than grown professionals. Ridiculous.

The first time I came here it was a good experience. This time it was not!!!!! My appointment was at 3:30, I arrived and signed in at 3:15. I was not called back to see the dentist until 4:35 If you come here be prepared to WAIT and spend no less than 2.5 hours.

I walked in there. Had 4 wisdom teeth pulled & didn't feel a thing

Pros: one time I got a decent cleaning and X-ray from them. Cons: both times I was there I got seen 10-15 minutes after my appointment time. Today I showed up for a cleaning and was told FOR THE FIRST TIME that I owed $450 because insurance failed to pay. After 30 minutes of sitting in the waiting area they informed me of this again FOR THE FIRST TIME and they wouldn't see me until this was handled. They NEVER contacted me in 6 months about the insurance issue until today and they only mentioned after keeping me waiting for 30 mins. No calls no bills mailed nothing. They are extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend dealing with them.

Doctor's are good at their job sometimes a long wait but they need to work on the front desk staff...customer service needs improvement
