I had an appointment that was set up at 2:00 p.m. today. He called last night to say that he had to reschedule it. We set it up for 8 am this morning, but when I showed up right on time, the office was completely closed. Super unprofessional. I would not trust this doctor if he can't set up his appointments properly.

Dr. Washington has been my family dentist for over 15 years now. He is one of the most kind and conscious doctor out there today, very competent medically and we trust him.

This dental office is suspect, in 2013, this office filed for bankruptcy under a name MIERBOO , don't know their reasons for filing but I had a interesting visit with them only ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN. A visit for a cleaning, xrays, evaluation. I have All MY TEETH, and the did not get an preauthorization or an ok from me for ANY Dental cleaning procedures, they absolutely did no work on my 1st and last visit and billed my dental insurance $1088, for practically doing NO work and the insurance paid because they sent in a bogus dental claim. It's your risk if you decide you wanna visit and let them do dental work on your mouth.

Dr. Washington is competent and gentle; he always makes me feel at ease when I am in his chair. His hygienist is gentle and thorough and has not made me cry, not once. The other office staff is attentive, competent, and willing to work with you should you have questions or problems with billing. I could not ask for better.

I have always been afraid to go to the dentist because my teeth are so sensitive and there is no amount of numbing medicine that works...until my sister referred me to this dental office. I was able to get an emergency appointment without any problems. The staff is GREAT! Dr. Washington is very patient and although I cried like a baby, he made sure I wasn't going to leave the office in any pain. He continued to work with me and the numbing meds until I was comfortable and he was able to extract the tooth. I have never had an experience like this at the dentist!! Thank you to the entire staff at Washington Dental!!

I've visited Dr. Washington's office twice. The office is neat, clean and you will hear various music playing from jazz, r&b, gospel, and old school jams. Dr. Washington is professional and pleasant as well as, his staff is professional and pleasant.

I went into the office today. Dr. Washington is pleasant and so is his staff. He made a personal call to another doctor on my behalf who took me right away. Staff were ready for me.
