This is the best dentist office I've ever been! The staff is super nice and very quick to check in you! The Doctor is amazing! This has been the best dentist appointment I have ever been! I really recommend coming here!

Best cosmetic dentist!!! I had my veneers done and am very happy with the result. I always wanted to fix my front teeth and I just feel bad that I waited that long. I didn't feel any pain during procedure. Dr. Alpatty is very gentle, he took time to explain options for my best smile. The hygienist and receptionist are excellent. If you are looking for excellent smile then go to El Cajon dentistry!

Dr.Waseem Alpatty had been my dentist for more than 8 years, he is incredibly kind and honest with great clinical skills. His staff are amazing, always helpful. Highly recommended for comprehensive exam , root canal and general dentistry.

I have been coming to El Cajon Dentistry for years. Dr. Alpatty and his staff are very caring and friendly. He recently done a crown for me and it feels like my original tooth. I have seen Dr. freer too and both dentist are trustworthy and definitely recommend coming here. They always put me and my family first. highly recommend this dentist office

I highly recommend Dr. Waseem Alpatty!! I went there for emergency, I was in so much pain. Dr. Alpatty did a root canal and a crown for me. I have always had bad experience when going to the dentist but Dr. Alpatty is great, I didn't feel the shot at all when he anesthetized me and he always made sure I was comfortable during the treatment. Very professional environment and my crown looks amazing. I'm so glad I found Dr. Alpatty. I highly recommend this place!

I would like to start off by saying this is the first dental office I came across that does a great job. All staff members are friendly and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Alpatty is very gentle during treatment and walks you through the whole treatment so you know what's going on. If your looking for a new dentist come in a give Dr.Alpatty a try.

I visited El cajon dentistry because I was in a lot of pain and needed a dentist asap. Dr. Alpatty was very responsive and took care of me on spot. I needed a root canal and a crown. The appointment was smooth and everything was explained to me prior to start. I got my final crown last week and it looked like my original tooth. I am very impressed about the level of care I received here. One was nice and treated me like I have been coming there forever. I am definitely coming back for cleaning and full check up. I also scheduled for my husband to come next week. Definitely highly recommend this dental office!

I took my son to fix his cavities. I am very pleased with the care he received here at El Cajon Dentistry. The staff was friendly and Dr. Al Patty was nice and professional. I was very nervous as my son needed to have two baby root canals and crowns. My son never saw a dentist before, however he was calm during the whole time. My son liked the place, I am definitely coming back here and recommend this clinic for everyone.

If I could give more stars I would. I had a tooth extraction and it was virtually pain free. Doctor Alpatty gave options with no upsell. Dr. And staff super nice, reasonable prices. I definitely will return

I went to El Cajon Dentistry last Thursday. My Molar on the left side split in two pieces and I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Apatty stayed and took care of me after his last patient. Although it was too late but he took time to explain the procedure and took picture not only xray which I really liked. The staff was very friendly they stayed and helped until 7 at the evening when I left. I just felt that like I know them forever. I ended going with the implant option and I think it is the best choice I made. Dr. Apatty removed the tooth and placed implant the same day. I had exceptional service here and I highly recommend this dental office.

I am very happy to do my teeth with Dr. Alpatty. I needed to fix my smile before meeting my son wedding. I had to do few crowns on my teeth. All I can say he is an artist. I am very satisfied with my teeth and how they look and feel. I have never been proud of my smile until now.

I was really scared to get my tooth extracted. My manager at work referred me to Dr. Waseem. He was done in less than five minutes and I was done! I was so impressed. He seemed so confident. Definitely recommended

I highly recommend Dr. Waseem Alpatty! He has a great personality and went over my treatment plan in details. I usually dread going to the dentist, but I did not feel pain or discomfort when I got a root canal/ wisdom teeth removal with Dr. Alpatty :)

He is above and beyond. I went there for the first time and they treated me like a long time patient. He fixed my front tooth and made a temporary fix that look better than what I had. He answered my call in thanksgiving day and took care of me. I am grateful and will be coming back for sure. Thank you!

My Mom and grandma has been coming to this location for over 40 years. I had sensitivity on my tooth and the dentist I went to told me that I need a root canal. My mother recommended me to see Dr. Alpatty and he told me that I just needed a filling, I didn't even feel his injection. My pain went away and I saved a lot of money. I live in Oceanside but Dr. Alpatty will be always my dentist. Thank you!

My sister recommended the dentist. He is thorough and straight to the point. Answered all my questions and was able to accommodate me same day although he was busy. I like how caring he is and I felt I was treated like a family. I am satisfied with the work done and will be a long time customer here.
