Dr. Vest was born and raised in Payson, UT. He obtained his BA Degree from Utah State University. He graduated magna cum laude from the Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Kurt completed a 2-year Pediatric Dental residency with Lutheran Medical Center in Honolulu, HI. He is able to provide comprehensive dental care for children and special needs adults in the clinical or hospital setting.
Dr. Vest is a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He maintains active membership in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, and the Utah Dental Association.
Dr. Kurt and his wife, Dani, live in North Logan with their daughters, Isla and Nora. He has been practicing pediatric dentistry in Cache Valley since July of 2013. With a brand new state-of-the-art office, conveniently located in Providence, Dr. Kurt is taking new patients and is eager to continue doing what he loves in serving the people of Cache Valley.

Dr. Vest is the best, highly recommended. He is great with kids of all ages. I love the location and the facility. The kids look forward to seeing Dr. Vest, which is a nice surprise. Dr. Vest is patient and good at explaining issues and options. The staff is very professional. We appreciate Dr. Vest and his staff and services.

Dr Vest is good and honest, but, I needed an appointment for my daughter for a situation with her tooth that was making me uncomfortable. I thought they would get me in within the next couple weeks. She's not in pain, but she needed to be seen. My kids are established patients and they initially gave me an appointment for a month out. I explained that I needed a shorter time frame and they offered me a three week appointment. I had also been referred by a friend and we both filled out the referral card to get a Gift Card. We never received it. We pay our bill and we keep our appointments so I'm sad to say that they are not concerned with keeping good patients which effects patient satisfaction in a big way. If you're unable to take care of the patients you have, stop accepting new patients. We aren't going back to his practice.

I see why they have a five star review!! I absolutely LOVED taking my kids here. They were fast and helpful and full of the kindest people! Every single person in this office was delightful and knowledgeable and kind! I 10 out of 10 recommend them to everyone! Dr Vest was awesome and I so appreciate his dedication and kindness in his work! You guys are awesome and deserve all the success!

I am so impressed with Wasatch Pediatric Dentistry. Best pediatric dentist in Cache Valley, hands down. Both the hygienist and Dr. Kurt Vest were so good with my 18 month old. She hates people in her mouth, but thanks to their patience (and Mickey Mouse on the overhead TVs) she did so well! There was another little girl in the office at the same time who was very nervous, and I was so impressed with how sweet and reassuring the hygienist working with her was too. The whole staff here is phenomenal.

Dr. Kurt is so great with kids! My daughter is very sensitive and anxious when it comes to pain. She had some trauma to her teeth and he made her feel so comfortable and at ease during the whole procedure!

My kids are 2-13 years old and love to go to the dentist. The folks at WPD are so good with our kids. And Dr. Vest is very good at talking to the parents as well as the kids. And never ever making us feel dumb.

Dr. Vest is amazing! Wasatch makes sure the kids feel comfortable and know exactly how the procedure works. They provide such a fun environment and make going to the dentist not only fun, but an experience that leaves the kids wanting to go back again.

Dr. Kurt was amazing with both my toddlers, and explained everything so Well to them and to Me(mom) I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone. My kiddos are 5 and 6 for reference and he made them feel so safe and made the experience fun. I am actually sad we are moving out of state and will no longer be able to come here but 10/10 would definitely come back if I could. Thanks for an awesome experience

Outstanding Crew!! Couldn't have been happier. Mom and I were both worried about how our daughter would react to the first time at the dentist. She didn't even flinch. Staff was incredible. The atmosphere is amazing and puts kids at ease.

Highly recommend Dr. Vest. He is so kind and did an excellent job of explaining everything to me and my seven-year-old. Everybody we interacted with at the office was great. My son said it was his best experience ever at the dentist. We don't live in Cache Valley but will make every effort to have our children's dental care done at Wasatch.

My girls love going to see Dr Vest. My daughter recently had a cavity filled and the process went so smoothly. She said she likes the way Dr Vest explained the process, and since she knew what to expect she said she wasn't afraid of anything. I love how clean the office is, and the great staff.

I've had 3 positive experiences now with this office and can't recommend them enough! The first was six months ago, when our baby was born. They answered our questions and even set up a free consultation. I never felt like they wanted anything but the best for us! We were even going to another dentist at this time. The second was when we switched for our first child to be seen by Dr. Vest. The entire process, from receptionist, hygienist, and then to him, was much more professional and kind. I didn't feel like we were just another patient being shuffled through. The hygienist was amazing handling the anxiety my daughter had about being there and the X-rays. The third was just today when she bonked her mouth and lost some teeth. I received a call back from Dr. Vest himself (after texting a pic) and was reassured she was A-okay. So grateful for this awesome office!
