It is has been a long time since I have had to have any major dental work done. I was in a lot of pain and ended up needing a root canal. I was very impressed with the overall experience. They got me in same day, took great care of me. Dr. Olsen is great! Explained everything got me in and out quickly. Well above my expectations!

I honestly don't think I can recommend this place. I had an infected root canal and the only real solution he would give me was to redo the root canal because that is the service they provide. This root canal had been done in 2016 and redone in 2018, so it had been infected before. They do not do extractions, so if I didn't go with a retreat, they wouldn't get the money from me. I felt incredibly dismissed and not listened to. They did not prescribe me antibiotics at all and this root canal turned into a two month long, extremely painful infection that ultimately ended in me removing the tooth. Of course they want money, they are a business, but they need to work on suggesting things that are actually in the interest of whatever is going to be best for their patient, not just how much money they are going to get.

Outstanding. The team, Dr Olsen, the support staff...everyone of them were the best I've had the pleasure of meeting. Had a 35 year old root canal in one of my front teeth that had to be rebuilt, Dr Olsen did the job with precision. I knew exactly what to expect, what my out of pocket was going to be, and he was kind and patient with this grown man's anxiety around dental work. Highest recommendation possible. The best of the best here!

Wow! My 14 year old was very scared to get a root canal. Dr. Olsen and all the staff did a fantastic job making her feel comfortable. The procedure was almost painless for her. Everything about the process went perfectly.

The root canal procedure was painless -- which is really saying something; I've had (way too) many root canals, and have never had one that didn't hurt. The new technology they use was faster and I anticipate it being more thorough and effective than the old file and scrape method.

My husband had a root canal here. It took almost 4 hours, and Dr. Olsen wasn't gentle at all. My husband was sore for almost two weeks afterwards. And dealing with payment was a nightmare. We paid the full amount, but then our insurance got back to us and said they had sent the payment to Dr. Olsen's office, and they covered almost all of it.Our total responsibility was less than $160. I called Dr. Olsen's office to see when we would get the refund, but they claimed they haven't received anything from the insurance yet, and when they do, they only mail out refund checks once a month. They can't refund it back onto a card? They have to mail out a check? And only once a month?? It will probably be December before we see that check. If it was only $100 I wouldn't care, but they owe us a lot more than that, and we're going to need that to pay for the Crown, because they couldn't do the root canal and the crown all in one day.

Dr. Olsen is an excellent endodontist! He is very knowledgeable and very skilled. I also appreciate his exceptional integrity. I had a great experience in his office and will absolutely trust him again.

I have had three Root Canals and one dental surgery at Wasatch Endodontics and can testify that I received the best of care from Dr. Brady Olsen. He is an outstanding Endodontist. I have the utmost respect for him and his entire team of professionals.

I live in Tooele County and traveled to Dr. Olsen for two root canals. The first one he had to stop due to the tooth being to far gone to do anything with and he made an excellent decision to send me to an oral surgeon to have it pulled. I feel that Dr. Olsen really wants what is best for the patient . I was also very impressed with how helpful his office staff was with getting me a same day appointment with an oral surgeon just around the corner. The second root canal went as amazing as teeth work can go. I have severe dentist anxiety and lets just say between the new vibration technique that is now offered and the laughing gas this was an incredible experience . I literally fell asleep during the process and only remember a little bit of pressure. I highly recommend Dr. Brady Olsen for any of your Endodontic needs and that says a lot because I am very picky. Thank you Wasatch Endodontics for your friendly, helpful patient care . I will recommend you and your office and will come back if i need more work. Thank you

His first priority is about what's best for the patient and gives an honest opinion. Very knowledgeable endodontist with cutting edge technology. Office staff was great. I would recommend him to others.
