Our office was started in 1985 by Dr. Craig Proctor. In 2015, Dr. Andrew Olson purchased the office and renamed it Wasatch Dental.Dr. Olson and his caring team offer a wide variety of services for families and patients of all ages. Our top priority is making sure our patients are comfortable. From weighted blankets and noise-canceling headphones, our team does all we can to remove any apprehension that could get in the way of you receiving the treatment you need.
Dr. Andrew Olson was born and raised in Southwest Washington State. He served a two-year LDS mission to Peru after which he followed his sisters to Utah Valley University. Dr. Olson graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry and went on to the University of Utah for a post-graduate General Practice Residency, receiving continued training in sedation, implant placement, sinus lifts, and other advanced surgical procedures. Shortly after his residency he joined the University of Utah School of Dentistry as a part-time Assistant Professor and completed a Masters in Business Administration at the University of Utah School of Business. Dr. Olson is married to Lauren and has 3 wonderfully energetic boys. They enjoy traveling to new places and anything outdoors. He loves to cook and dabble in electronics and software. Dr. Olsons favorite book is How to Win Friends and Influence People and dont be surprised if he gets you talking about yourself. He receives great personal satisfaction in connecting with people and in some way improving their oral health as well as their well-being.

I had an emergency dental situation and I was accommodated the same day. Staff was very helpful in getting me into the clinic as quickly as possible. I am very grateful to Wasatch Dental for their kind, patient and gentle care. I was referred out to resolve my dental issue and Wasatch Dental made all the arrangements for me. I'm much better now!!

In town for a vacation and a temp crown fell out while flossing - this office was able to fit me in right away and get me in and out in a flash, quality work, really friendly people, beautiful office - Wasatch Dental rocks!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Olsen and his wonderful staff. I felt right at home and cared for by friendly staff. The Hygienist are very thorough and made me feel comfortable. Dr Olsen is a very honest man he showed me my X-Rays & problem areas but said we could keep an eye on them. He is very knowledgeable, professional & friendly. My Father I'm law has had a great experience with getting cavities filled, he fills cavities when he can rather than root canals I'm glad a found a good clinic! I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Dr. Olsen and staff are the best I have experienced all around in my half decade on the planet. From cleanings to actual dental procedures and even to fair prices, I haven't been disappointed. Dentists visits are normally a big source of anxiety for me, but I've been able to relax. The staff are all very personable and professional and I suspect the atmosphere is set from the top. They've earned a good review from me.

I had a wonderful experience today in Dr. Olson's office .His hygienist was quite knowledgeable and careful with with my dental situation. Dr Olsen was very personal , efficient and professional... (I didn't feel like he was trying to cover his student loans with a "factory" like situation.) I would highly recommend him and his team for your dental needs.

Truly the best dentist experience one can hope for. Most thoughtful consideration of protective Covid-19 measures, calm environment, friendly and personable team, massaging dental chairs and relaxing music. Most importantly, though, my hygienist is a masterful craftswoman, working meticulously and methodically, while Dr. Olsen is thoughtful and experienced in his advice. I highly recommend the Wasatch Dental team.

Dr. Olson and his team are like meeting up with friends. My interactions feel genuine with each person knowing my name and details about what I shared while conversations continue from many months prior. Also, hearing that I have beautiful teeth from the hygienist to my teeth are "boring" from Dr. Olson certainly assures me they don't make up things to treat. I'm never rushed and all my inquiries are given the time and fully answered. I certainly appreciate them and all they do.

Dr. Olson and his assistant and the hygienists are wonderful! They are thorough and take the time necessary to address concerns. Dr. Olson always remembers small details about our family and follows up during each appointment on those details. The billing specialist is not friendly and difficult to work with. That is the only reason that I'm not giving 5 stars.

I have been a patient of Wasatch Dental for many years. Dr. Olson and Shauna are very thorough with their care and they take a personal interest in my well being. They take time to to answer any questions and discuss any concerns that I may have. They make me feel very comfortable and I am confident that I am receiving the best care available. I will be back.

Definitely a WOW experience! The staff is professional, the office is clean, and the massage chairs are a huge bonus! Dr. Olsen is a Rock Star Dentist and BTW he educates dental students in the craft and is truly passionate about dentistry. He is deep into the latest in dental technology and provides the best experience for his clients. He is ethical, honest, and straightforward in his approach and methodology. Everyone goes above and beyond to meet and exceed COVID requirements. I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely recommend!! Best dentist ever. Dr. Olson is thorough, professional, friendly and gentle. Shauna is amazing and my teeth feel oh so clean!!
