This might sound like a cliche, but we know our patients. They're not a number. When they come in... Many of my patients have been here for 20 years. Some of them have even been there longer than I've been here. I love that we have many different generations of families in the practice. Most of my key staff members have been with me 10 plus years. So, they know the patients too. They're not a number. They don't ask what's your name, they just know who they are, because we try to start to relationship at the front desk, at the phone call. It's important. People don't like coming to the dentist, or they have some anxiety or they're anxious by coming, so we try to set the tone to set the initial phone call.
By the time I see them, I'm usually the third or fourth person that sees them. They've already had an idea of how we do things here. They already had a chance to meet three or four different staff members. I think that's really important, especially for people who are anxious and this is not their favorite place to go to. They just feel comfortable right off the gate. I have patients that I've known that they're almost like family, because I've listened to them. I've learned about their family and their children, possibly their grandchildren. So, I feel like I get a glimpse of who they are. I think it's important. I think anyone can do dentistry, but not everyone builds a relationship before doing the dentistry. Because, I think that just puts them at ease, they're more trusting, and they value what you do.

When we moved to Warwick we were patients of Dr. Rosner. We were skeptical when he retired. He must have taken great care to sell his practice to Dr. Patel. The staff is not only friendly but genuinely concerned about your whole family. They make you feel like they are part of your family which is important when seeing any doctor. His dental work has always been top notch and he is always available for any of our questions. He uses the latest technology and makes sure he is up to date on newer procedures. I am proud to say that my daughter and 4 year old granddaughter now go to Dr. Patel and my granddaughter loves it. I highly recommend him to the community.

After being a patient at a couple of dentist offices ( who dentists had recently retired) I called Dr. Patel's office in Warwick, NY. The doctor has been part of our community for many years and it was a pleasure to meet all the staff who all deliver VIP treatment. From that first inquiry call with Michele, to my evaluation and fantastic cleaning - I knew I had found the right place for my senior dental needs. We all want to grow old gracefully and superior dental health is oh part of that process. I received the most complete and in depth examination that was carefully explained to me the best EVER.... Wow! My dental hygienist, Amanda was outstanding- knowledgable, gentle and personable. Dr Patel and his team are like a well oiled machine or perhaps better put -a symphony orchestra working in harmony for the patients understanding and expert dental care. From Jill at the front desk to Shannon, Amanda and Dr Patel nothing was overlooked or was left unanswered. Terrific experience!

I was experiencing pain in the upper right side of my mouth. Never felt like a cavity but in fact that was the cause. Dr. Patel and his staff had me fixed up and out the door very quickly. WVD is very efficient, friendly, and up to date with equipment and practices. I highly recommend them for your dental care.

As someone who has a decent amount of anxiety about going to the dentist, I can say hands down that Warwick Valley Dental was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming, from the front desk to Dr. Patel himself. The dental hygienist Leah was especially friendly and personable and put me at ease when she saw how nervous I was. I required fairly extensive work to fill cavities and repair grinding damage, but the procedure was a breeze with no pain or discomfort in the least. Now my front teeth aren't an uneven chipped mess. I didn't even realize how much I disliked them until Dr. Patel fixed them. I would recommend this practice to anyone, especially those with bad experiences at the dentist in the past.

I count myself as very fortunate. Warwick Valley Dental was recommended to me 10 years ago after a fall breaking my front teeth. They did an incredible job with minimal discomfort repairing my teeth and smile. I have continued to see them on a regular basis. Their equipment and practice are top notch and up to date. They are professional and compassionate. The team is like a family working together providing excellent care with a kindhearted and gentle attitude.

Greetings & Hello! I'm writing this review regarding my recent visit to Warwick Valley Dental. Like most people, dentists have always taken on a negative connotation with that of pain, fear and anxiety. This visit was the same as I had my apprehensions. The minute I walked through the doors, my emotions and anticipated reaction was instantly quelled thanks to the friendly staff and expertise of Dr. Vip Patel. The professional and caring demeanor of the staff and Dr. Vip was quite pleasant and unexpected. I must admit, I am biased from different dental office visits over the years. Dr. Vip and his team have totally changed my expectation of what a dental practice is and how they truly care for their patients. It was pleasant, comfortable and educational. I was given a very straightforward course of action and a straightforward approach. This is the way business and medical procedures should be done. Kudos Dr. V and team! I initially started coming to Dr. Patel just for orthodontics, but he and his staff were so amazing, I wanted him to be my dentist as well! Very smart in his field and gets to know all his patients! I couldn't ask for a better dental experience or team. I recommend Dr. Patel to all my friends and family!
