Warrick Park Dental has been serving the Boonville community since 1978 when Dr. Jed Inman began his practice at 1044 Eskew Road. Due to his commitment to excellent care, Dr. Inmans reputation quickly spread throughout the Tri-State area. Patients began to come from all areas of the region, including Evansville, Newburgh, Chandler, and Spencer County.

To meet growing demand, Dr. Inman made the decision to expand into the current, state-of-the-art location in the Warrick Industrial Park, just west of downtown Boonville. In 2010 Nicholas Wagner joined the practice as an associate and bought the practice in July of 2015. In February of 2020, the practice added Jon Melberg as an associate. Between the three doctors, they have an impressive 57 years of experience which allows them to offer their patients superb dental care and knowledge.

Jon Melberg, originally from Tell City, Indiana, is a 2011 graduate of Indiana University where he obtained a degree in Biology. After being accepted into the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, he was awarded the militarys Health Professions Scholarship, enabling him to serve our country as a Navy dentist upon completion of dental school. From 2015-2019 Jon served in North Carolina and Washington taking care of sailors and Marines. In 2019 Jon was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his devotion to his country and its service members.

Jon met his wife, Mariah, outside of Seattle and theyve been together ever since. They have two beautiful daughters, Wyatt and Parker. Jon is the son of Chan and Debbie Melberg of Tell City, IN. His father, known as Herb at Alcoa, just retired after 30+ years. His mother, sister, and brother in law work at Alcoa as well. On his off days Jon enjoys spending time with his family and friends, working out, snowboarding, and hunting.

Jon is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Melberg strives to continue his education and offer his patients the latest diagnostic, preventative, and treatment methods in the dental industry.

Warrick Park Dental is proud to offer three highly professional and experienced dentists. Dr. Jed Inman is a lifelong Warrick County resident. He started his practice in 1978 on the west side of Boonville and moved into his new office in 1995. Dr. Nic Wagner, also a lifelong Warrick County resident, graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry and joined WPD in 2010. Dr. Jon Melberg grew up in Tell City, graduated from the University of Louisville, served in the Navy and joined the practice in February of 2020.

Any person can be a member, for example, you can buy a membership for yourself or any other individual not having dental insurance. Memberships may be purchased for one person or for multiple members of a family. Family includes spouses and dependent children under the age of 21.

During the first 10 days of the plan year, a member may cancel his or her participation in this plan by providing written notice of cancellation, and paying in full the amount of all rendered discounts received.
