Dr. Foster was raised in a military family and grew up across the United States and in Cuba. She began her dental career as a dental assistant, followed by a successful career as a registered dental hygienist for 18 years. Dr. Foster returned to school and earned her dental degree from the Medical College of Virginia. She is very keen to stay informed on the latest developments in dentistry and has attended post-graduate programs at the University of Minnesota and New York University, in addition to training courses in cosmetic dentistry and dental implants. Drawing upon her unique dental career, Dr. Foster has lectured at conferences domestically and internationally. She provides pro bono services through the Virginia Dental Association and has traveled overseas with the International Dental Implant Association Missionary Trip program.

Highly recommend Warrenton Dental Center with Dr Foster and Cathy! I had the best dental experience I have ever had, and this is coming from someone who absolutely dreads the dentist. The friendliest staff, they made the visit fun and ensured that I was comfortable throughout. Cathy did the x-rays and cleaning and she was amazing! Dr Foster was so welcoming and nice. If you want care and attention, this is the dental office you want. I had scheduled dental surgery today. Every step explained. Lots of TLC. Dr. Chang is extremely patient and his assistant Kathy is number 1. Aftwr I received my pre op meds, my stomach decided did it not like them. Within a few minutes I am puking. Kathy gets a cold compress, Dr. Chang is making sure I am not having a heart attack. Dr. Foster is in and out of the room making sure I am ok. Eventually, the surgery is complete. I start puking again. Dr. Chang calls Urgent Care. We go right down. I am having a reaction to the meds. I get to UC. I am taken right in, treated, checked out, and eventually allowed to leave Dr. Chang came down to check on me. I am so impressed with this dental office. Everyone made sure I was ok. I feel much better. This is the best dental care I have ever received.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I can't stress this enough. It's a bad business. All staff including Bonnie is disrespectful and treated me terribly. From the moment I walked in everyone in their crew was being very disrespectful. On top of that I was waiting over an hour after my appointment time to be seen. Very bad time management. I would give 0 stars if I could. Also had expired X-ray license. Read all the reviews. They are scammers. Avoid at all cost

Bad ratings from others made me change my mind on choosing them for dental care at this time. 1 or 2 bad rates ok, Maybe was a bad day for the Doc or nurse. But 7/8..... nah I'm good. So prob means NO HELP to get implants that I really need & prob NO HELP FINDING AFFORDABLE FINANCING FOR THE IMPLANTS THAT I REALLY NEED. IF THEY READ THIS....IM ALL EARS FOR A SOLUTION TO HELP ME .

I am not one to write bad reviews or make negative comments in general but I am blown away by how bad my experience was with Bonnie and Staff. Regardless of the other bad reviews I thought I would give them a shot and was that a bad decision. From day one the experience was disorganized and aggressive. My first appointment, they told me I needed impressions which I pain for full price. When I tired to make another appointment for two months I could get through to anyone. The answer service took my name and number three times. I was having trouble with a cavity Bonnie filled and could not get a single response. For two months I tried to get an appointment or follow through. Finally months later, I got through after being sent a bill, which had already paid. I asked for a refund or some help with the impressions I paid for since no one would ever help me. Nothing, not even an extension of good will and apology from Bonnie. With all the dentists in Warrenton, I don't know how this business is functioning. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Bonnie and staff are friendly and engaging! My kids (ages 5 and 8) were talked to and guided in an engaging and friendly way throughout the whole appointment. I was impressed by the non-invasive and practical procedures in comparison to other dentists. I often feel like dentists talk down to me and want me to just take their word for everything, but not so here, I was educated and guided and brought into the decision making with the extensive knowledge and expertise Bonnie has and patiently shared with me! They were also willing to work with me financially with a savings plan, overall I felt like they really care about each patient. I actually look forward to my next visit to the dentist!

I really felt at ease walking in to this practice as a new patient. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was friendly and helpful . Dr. Foster and her hygienist are top drawer.

Unfortunately I can not rate this dentist very high. My experience was very unpleasant. The hygienist they had at the time was rude and unprofessional to 3 out of 4 of my family members. Their billing is very disorganized. When we finally switched they wanted to charge horrendous fees for the x-ray and file release and even for faxing the x-rays they want to charge $25 per patient. I guess we need to wait for new x-rays with the new dentist foe when the year is up, even if my boys need work done asap. Sad.
