Excellent Dentist and Staff!! Dr.Gase and Staff are very thorough and friendly. The office is spacious and clean; and each exam room is private and not in a blocked off open area like other Dental offices. Dr. Gase is experienced and he resolved my immediate dental issue quickly with almost no pain. I highly recommend this office. Many Thanks!!!!

I've been a patient for Dr. Gase for over 30 years and always find him of highest quality of professional service and technical aspects of dental care. He seems to stay very current on advances in dentistry, bringing his patients the most innovative and proven solutions to dental issues. A wonderful first visit. Beautiful office. Staffing is pleasant. Front office is highly organized. Not the greatest experience with my dental. Good for routine visit. Cosmetic room for improvement.

I had the Best Experience one could have! I had a caring person with a heart of gold! I felt like I mattered.More than that: Great compassion. Dr. Gase also informed me in a way that I could explain what needed to do for visits to come. Best Visit Yet!!

not happy the doctor did two fillings. after effect was miserable . I still have sore mouth and lips swollen. Office was closed still having pain.

Dr Gase Team was very rude and disrespectful that I canceled my appointment and made me pay $120 for their time. I was a cash paying customer- no insurance so they were super Greedy to get my money. If you are a cash paying customer you can get a appointment in a week but if you have insurance you will get a appointment 6 months out. They are over priced and the service that they provide does not match I would not recommend this Dentist to anyone. Rude staff as well!

I've been a patient of Dr. Gase's for about 35 years. He has shown great concern for my dental needs. His advice has always been spot on. I'm confident he always has my welfare as his top priority. The rest of the staff in his office is also top-notch - considerate and knowledgeable.

Ensure you triple check your insurance. Large confusion on my end whether I was in network or not. Unfortunately, I wasn't told until after that none of the services provided were covered. However, it was made clear in each conversation that it was completely on me for to figure it out. Lesson learned.

Soooooo, I have been a patient here for nearly a year. I haven't experienced any issues until this past Wednesday. Dr. Gase and his hygienist personnel are very knowledgeable and professional. However, my qualms are with the office staff. Backstory: In June, I missed an appointment as the office neglected to update my daughter's file. I'm pretty reasonable and understand that time is money, so advised that I would pay for the no show (despite the ball being dropped on their end). In August, my daughter and I had an appointment. It was requested that I make a payment prior to being seen. No problem, paid the roughly $150 (if memory serves me) and was told that was all that was owed...left a happy camper. Done. Not quite. Fast forward, my son has a cleaning and I'm told the balance is $260 vs the $95 expected/advised. I explained I have $100 and would pay the remainder when my husband is paid in 2 weeks. One would find this acceptable especially being told a different figure in the first place, right? No. I was met with condescension, microaggression and all out rudeness (by a brunette receptionist sporting a 12 year old boy's haircut) stating that she told me $260 balance in which SHE DID NOT. I would have canceled knowing that I couldn't afford it at the moment. Nonetheless, I explained that I will not nor cannot contest the fact that I owe for services rendered and will pay. I am completely disappointed with the incompetence, unprofessionalism, passive aggression and my overall treatment by his office staff. The insult to injury is that this stems from their lack of being proactive and proficient with regards to my daughter's file in the first place. What most likely is simple miscommunication turned into an indirect attack. And one would think if there's a balance in June it would have been collected in August with the other monies?...but I digress. All in all, I will pay for the charges (as I have a semblance of tact and diplomacy unlike those who are paid to do so but have failed immensely). For anyone who likes to spend their money/do business where they are respected and appreciated...go elsewhere. Myself and now party of 5 surely will. P.S.S. Dr. Gase is great but as the old adage goes one rotten apple spoils the whole bunch. Invest in audio recording! I am done.
