Fraudulent or incompetent behavior causing dozens of thousands of dollars of repair work, all other reviews are accurate steer clear unless you want your teeth issues incompetently and ruthlessly addressed. Only a lawsuit will save you from the damage this business produces. Research your rights if affected and impacted by this business. You deserve money back if you were mistreated. This business Needs a federal level investigation. The people directing the flow of business here are the source of the issues. While other workers remain oblivious. Good luck if you go here. Edit: also apparently doesn't have hot water for the past two months from writing according to owner comment replied below. Edit: owner changed their comment to assuming my identity. Shows the level of professionalism this business procures.

Lack of care for the community the serve, does except all insurances. Which is so critical for a small town.

I would NOT recommended this dentist to anyone EXSPECIALLY people with anxiety. The older man who is the dentist (don't remember his name) is ignorant and very unprofessional. I had a panic attack and asked him to please give me a moment and got very rude and then refused to do my filling after it had already been drilled out. The dental assistant had to come in and finish it and she was very kind and apologetic. However the filling did not last it fell out 2 months later and I still owe them $200 for that bad filling and horrifying experience.

I basically went to this dentist office my whole life since Dr. Follett was in practice. They have new dentists there including Dr. Crumb. Well I broke my tooth during COVID and they said I was on a waiting list to be seen. Months of being in pain went by and I called again. They never put me down. Then they said you have to be put on another waiting list. It lists they do emergency dentistry. I guess no anymore. I had to go on another waiting list to see a different dentist I wasn't even a patient of and well they fixed my tooth. When you need a dentist badly don't depend on them.

This is a terrible place. The staff is rude and childish. They leave early when they know you are coming and laugh as they drive away when they see you at the door. I will never recommend this place to anyone!!

The dentists are all extremely good ,and the surgeons are excellent. The problem is their help, because the receptionists are incredibly rude and ignorant. I don't want to have to find a separate dentist, but I might have to because these receptionists are so rude and ignorant.

Terrible experience in the year I had my family going here. Rude receptionist and good luck getting an appt unless you want to wait a year. Switching to a different dentist and they will not release records and giving me a huge run around.

The hygienist I had, Tracey, rocked, I had her back in Tidioute and absolutely loved her, so it was nice to have her at WDA too. Dr. Crum, on the other hands, needs to learn to listen. When a patient is obviously in pain when getting a filling and has said multiple times that they can feel it and need more novocaine and you don't listen and keep drilling, it makes me question how good of care I could get from them overall. I'm over at Mint Dental now and I absolutely love it.

In trying to get our records from Warren Dental Arts, to transfer to another dentist, I was told by the office manager(Gene) that it is POLICY to charge $25 for me to obtain them. I had a problem with that- I've already "paid" for them over the years but was told that I had to do it again for them to maintain copies in their office for an unlimited amount of time- that this was to cover legal issues. My dispute was that it does not cost $25 to make copies of my records and if they needed to make copies for them to keep, then they should do so at their own expense. When I asked for someone to discuss this with further, I was told they weren't available. When I continued to question who I could discuss this with and when, I was put on hold for a length of time, and then a man who introduced himself simply as Gene, the office manager, came on the line, said he was in charge, and gave me no good reason for the $25 charge except that it was office policy. For the record, WDA now is minus 3 patients who have been with them for many years, myself, my husband, and my mother-in-law. We will never recommend this facility to anyone else, either.
