Since taking over for his father over 10 years ago, Dr. Keith Warr continues the practices focus on personalized care for every individual. Cosmetic dentist Keith N. Warr, DDS, has over 20 years experience and is part of a50-year tradition in Salt Lake City, Utah, inproviding dental comfort and care that was started by his father in 1957. After graduating from theCreighton University School of Dentistry in 1996, Dr. Warr has dedicated his professional career to providing you and your family with the best that cosmetic dentistry has to offer.
In his continuing education, Dr. Keith N. Warr has completed numerous advanced courses in cosmetic dentistry and implant restoration,including advanced crown and bridge, restorative dentistry, neuromuscular and TMJ therapy, and endodontics (root canal therapy). He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Utah Dental Association and an adjunct instructor at the University of Utah School of Dentistry. Dr. Warr has also been inducted into both the Pierre Fauchard Academy, an International Honor Dental Organization, and the International College of Dentists.
Dr. Margaret Hyams moved to Salt Lake City in August 2021 to join the Warr Dental team as an Associate General Dentist. Dr. Hyams was born and raised in Billings, Montana. She attended dental school at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and graduated in 2017. Dr. Hyams is also a 2nd generation dentist. She has been practicing for the past 4 years in Billings, Montana with her father, before moving to Utah to join Warr Dental. Conservative diagnosis/treatment and developing trusting, long-term patient relationships are of the utmost importance to her. She strongly values lifelong learning and the constant pursuit of growth and excellence in all aspects of her life, including dentistry. Dr. Hyams favorite facet of dentistry is that it is both artistic and scientific. She enjoys many different areas of practice, but especially oral surgery, removable prosthodontics, endodontics, and implantology. Dr. Hyams completed advanced training in placing dental implants in 2020 and is a Fellow of the Implant Pathway Dental Implant Continuum.
Dr. Hyams enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs and loved ones in her free time. Skiing, fly fishing, backpacking, running, and playing intramural soccer are a few of her favorite activities. She is very excited to be here in Utah and to join the Warr Dental team!

Aubreyhas been with Warr Dental for 5years- with over 8 years of dental assisting. She loves the field of dentistry and watching the positive change in people as their smiles brighten. She has a beautiful family and when not at work- Aubrey enjoys fishing, boating, camping and sunshine!
I love working in a dental office, especially for Warr Dental. My favorite part of dental assisting is giving patients a reason to smile! Great dentistry builds confidence. When not serving patients, I enjoy spending time outdoors and taking my dog for walks.
David enjoys getting to know the patients at Warr Dental as he prepares to attend dental school in the Fall 2022. When not serving patients, he loves spending time with his wife and daughter, singing and playing the guitar, being outdoors and trying new foods!

I specifically went to Warr Dental to get Veneers after braces didn't give me the smile I wanted. After that I've gone to them every 6 months for regular check ups too and have now recruited my husband! They're super friendly and almost always greet us by name when we walk in. I can't see myself going anywhere else.

Although going to the dentist isn't usually a fun activity, the staff and incredible service at Warr Dental give me reasons to look forward to scheduling my next appointment. The waiting room is clean, chic and smells lovely. The location is unbeatable if you're a student, medical professional or commuting to the University often. There is a lot of natural light and space between patients so you don't feel as claustrophobic when people's hands are in your mouth. I have been a patient of Dr. Margaret Hyams for over a year and could not recommend her enough. Her professionalism and care for her patients is at the forefront of her work. Even during the more invasive procedures she checks in with you often and it never feels like any discomfort is being dismissed. She takes the time to get to know her patients, remembers small details and educates without being condescending. I've had great experiences with Dental Hygienists Bergen and Madison, as well as countless others, who are personable and experts at easing any nerves patients might have going into their appointments. Nancy in the office sincerely greets every patient like a friend and scheduling is a breeze. Ida worked with me to figure out my co-payments when I was transferring between insurance policies with patience and compassion. I have a much needed crown placement scheduled in ten days, and I'm not even annoyed because I like my dentist so much.

I have a demanding work schedule, have switched insurances many times, and sometimes reschedule my appointments at the last minute. And despite my bad behaviors, the team at Warr Dental has been perpetually kind, communicative, efficient, and available. I am very thankful for their skill and care!

I have always had a hard time with dentists. I have TMJ and my jaw was hurting and locked a few times. I was nervous on looking for a dentist. It was 8 years since I seen a dentist as the last one I saw screwed up my teeth doing a root canel that he didn't know what he was doing and I ended up loosing a tooth. I was having so much pain in my jaw that I was referred to Dr Warrs office for my jaw and I was planning on just going for that. Once I was out of pain I was going to stop going. Everyone at Warr Dental have been so great and have taken care of me and my teeth. On a good note I have been going to Dr Warrs office for my routine 6 month cleanings, for 2 years now. I finally found a dentist office that actually cares about my teeth and not how much money they can bleed from me. I and comfortable to say that I have been going to them for 2 years now every 6 months for my cleanings and dental care. I feel very comfortable there from the receptionist to checkout they are all amazing.

I could not ask for a better team than Dr. Hyams and Nicole!! I had neglected to go to the dentist for many years after significant trauma and PTSD- the dentist had quite literally become one of my biggest fears. The incredible team at Warr Dental have always made me feel comfortable and well taken care of every step of the way. As a patient, you are always greeted with a smile and the staff always seems to be in a great mood, actually enjoying what they do. Their customer service is efficient and top notch, I have never had a bad experience. (Not to mention it doesn't feel fake- they are all just genuinely kind, good, people!!!) They are excellent about communicating, whether it be appt reminders, but also if there is a scheduling conflict. Email, text, phone call- they do it all! They are upfront with you about cost and I never feel blindsided by what is going on. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now- something I never thought I would say! Not to mention my actual disapointment that my treatment plan is done and I have to make an excuse to come back! I genuinely cannot express how much I appreciate Dr Hyams and Nicole- they have taken the absolute best care of me, and I will be sending all the folks I care about to this incredible office! 10/10 recommend!

Warr Dental is an amazing dental office. I'm originally from California and was in town, looking to get my teeth cleaned. When I came in, I felt welcomed and as if I have been a patient there for years. Kelly was my hygienist and she was the best hygienist I've ever had! She was very knowledgeable, thorough and gentle. I highly recommend her! Dr. Hyams answered all my questions in detail and gave thoughtful suggestions. I have no issues making the trip back to get my teeth cleaned at Warr Dental. Highly recommend! :)

I always have a great experience each time I have an appointment. The dentists are very thorough and effective with both diagnosing and treating of any effected areas of my teeth and gums. I bounced around between dentists before I finally landed and found my footing with Warr Dental. I would 100% recommend to anyone that is looking for a Dentist to join Warr Dental.

Dr. Warr has been our dentist for almost 20 years. We are grateful that we are cared for by a true expert in the field of dentistry. He does incredibly precise dental work that looks beautiful. Procedures are always explained in detail with a focus on preventative care. I was introduced to Warr Dental many years ago and, after some time in California, came back to them upon returning. They put a lot of emphasis on service, courtesy, and being friendly. I've found Dr. Warr, in particular, very good at explaining the procedures needed in layman's terms. I recently had a dental implant and Dr. Hyams was exceptional to work with. I highly recommend.
