Our Dentist: Dr. Kevin Rafi has been practicing Family and Cosmetic Dentistry since 2000. He started his own private practice in 2009 and since then he has earned the reputation of providing exquisite quality dentistry among his patients. He received his undergraduate degree from California State University of Northridge and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from University of Southern California School of Dentistry (USC).

My insurance office signed to me to this office I called five times and Left voicemails 5 . Then I went to the office in person all the lights were off and no one was there Two days later I get a call from the office saying I should've just called the emergency responder if it says your business is open you should be there people are in pain Office Depot didn't care

I've been a new patient with Warner Village now for about one year, I am very happy with the service at the office everyone is so nice, the receptionist Vivian is a sweetheart very kind and helpful, Dr Rafi is is very nice and attentive and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease wich is important to me when visiting a Dentist, I would definitely recommend Warner Village Dental

Dr Rafi and His office Manager Vivian are very professional, educated , patient and efficient. I've been going to this dentist for years . They are transparent in everything that they recommend abs do an amazing job . A smile is one of the most beautiful expressions in the world and thanks to them and Dr. Rafis excellent skills , I smile from ear to ear . I highly recommend this Dental office . Dr. Rafi saved my life when he fixed my smile. First, let me say, the staff here is incredible. I have always hated going to the dentist, it brought me so much shame how much work I needed done and I absolutely hated my smile. When I came in, I was anxious and that quickly dissipated after a few minutes. The entire team - the front office admin - Vivian, the dental hygienist and Dr. Rafi were so kind to me. They really showed great compassion and care and not once did they make me feel uncomfortable. Dr. Rafi is extremely professional, knowledgeable, makes great recommendations based on my needs and did an amazing job fixing my teeth and referred me to an amazing periodontist for my gum issues. You can tell that his profession is a labor of love and his clients are important to him. As far as my smile, I needed A LOT of work. Crowns, filings and root canals plus the gum surgeries with the periodontist. After 8 months of work, my smile and dental hygiene is the best it's ever been and I am so incredibly grateful. I used to hide my gummy smile and I was so self conscious and now I don't have to hide anymore. I didn't realize how much I hid my teeth and my smile until I didn't have to anymore. Before and after photos are insane!

Always a pleasure. Easy to book appointments. They call you two weeks out to remind you, and then a couple of days before. Dr. Rafi is quick, efficient, and does a great job. I always have a great experience and have been going here now for over two years. Highly recommend.

Always a positive experience at Warner village. Making appointments is easy as 1-2-3. Vivian is always warm and inviting. Dr. Rafi is very gentle and kind. I definitely recommend this dental office.

This place is amazing! Always a fantastic and very pleasant visit and experience! All staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a tremendous wealth of knowledge when it comes to your teeth, as I had numerous questions clarified and helped with! Will be coming back here for all of my dental visits and issues!

I have had many Dentist over the years, and Dr. Rafi has impressed me with his great work and relaxed demeanor. He is thorough in answering all of my questions. It was easy for me to make an appointment when my tooth cracked unexpectedly. The receptionist was polite, helpful, and made getting an appointment easy. Overall great services.

I had the good fortune of having Dr. Rafi as my dentist. He has taken care of me and my entire family. He has done root canals and crowns, fixed broken teeth, you name it. He is very gentle, careful and always asks if you are okay during any procedure. We trust his work and advice completely and all of his work has been outstanding!!!

I did recently get in touch with this dental office as I was the assigned dental office from my dental provider. I did enjoy the work done and how Dr. Raffi explained my problem and the steps to follow to start improving my situation. Also, took the time to explain such steps and discussed the level of coverage I might have with my current plan. Overall a very positive experience in my opinion with everyone involved. Dr, Assistant and his receptionist. Will recommend this office with no issues at all.

I had a toothache and called them at 9AM, no reply, directed to Voicemail and left a message..no call back till end of day. Very unprofessional

I was not able to see a dentist in two years, and finally got in for teeth cleaning. It was done faster than my Sonicare. So disappointed, because I can still see the buildup between my teeth after cleaning. The dentist assistant/nurse bruised my gum during the X-ray exam. They didn't have any extra precautions (such as disposable paper sheet on the chair) during COVID, but maybe they have wiped down the chair between patients. They didn't ask/check if the patient is experiencing COVID symptoms. I would not recommend this place.
