Dr. Rima Peters received her dental training from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine, graduated in 2004 with honors, she excelled in the classroom, but enjoyed the time she spent with her patients most. With so many continuous improvement's in diagnosis and treatment options, Dr. Peters keeps her self updated through continuing education and maintaining an active role in her local study club, she is also a certified provider for Invisalign.
Dr. Peters is truly passionate about Cosmetic Dentistry working with Invisalign, porcelain veneers, esthetic crowns and bridges and restoring implants, she loves to see her patients' smiles transformed and their self-esteem rise. Dr. Mikszta completed his dental school training at the University of Illinois - Chicago in 1991. He went on to complete his endodontic training at the VA medical center, Long Beach CA in 1997and specializes in root canal therapy. Dr. Mikszta enjoy hiking and biking.
Dr. John A. Cianciola grew up in Rochester, NY, the third snowiest city in America. He went to dental school at the University of Buffalo (DDS 1997), and went on to Case Western Reserve University for his Masters of Science in Dentistry and his Periodontal training (MSD and Certificate in Periodontics 2000). After completing his training, he joined his father and sister in private practice in Rochester, NY. Dr. Cianciola was President of his local Dental Society and helped lead several large Study Clubs. He is a faculty member for The Misch Implant Institute, and enjoys teaching Implant Dentistry to Doctors from all over America.Dr. Cianciola is married to Lesley, and they have a son, Luca. The beautiful weather and friendly people attracted them to Arizona. Dr. Cianciola enjoys spending time with his family, golf, skiing, and cooking.
With his many years of business experience, Larry helps minimize the everyday stress in the office so Dr. Peters can focus on whats most important, her patients! Larry and Dr. Peters have been married since 2000 and during their time away from the office they enjoy spending time with their twin boys Joseph and Thomas.
Irum Shah has been in the dental field since 2014. She moved to Arizona from California in February 2015. She is originally from Pakistan, and can speak, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi. She will be able to answer all your questions regarding your insurance, and benefits and make sure all the patient/insurance information is up to date. Irum loves spending time with her two kids. In her free time she likes to read or watch travel shows.
Becoming a Dental Assistant wasnt something I thought about growing up. But I have truly been blessed with being able to assist in someones health in a way many dont see the importance of. Not only does having oral health give you confidence with your smile but its inner peace n health that is most important, which I am great full to hopefully give that as an assistant. Being just an assistant isnt all that I enjoy. I love being with my family, cooking, baking, being outdoors, just relaxing at home and many other things. Thank you for having me as your assistant.
Hi my name is Sally Avery. I'm a Dental Hygienist and a Mother of 4 boys Kyle 33, Chris 31, Coda 23 and Colton 21. I graduated from Temple University in 1984 and have worked in Hygiene ever since. I grew up as a Navy brat and moved all over the East coast and spent 3.5 years in Italy. I volunteered some of my time during my studies at Temple in assisting Resident Dental students in Oral Surgery, Oral maxillofacial and Physical therapy Departments honing my skills and chairside manner. After graduation I moved with my family to Charleston S.C. where I worked in a Periodontist/Endodontist office until I moved on to working at the Charleston Naval Dental Clinic. While working with the Navy I took many courses in many aspects of Dentistry and helped in Desert Shield and Desert Storm getting Military Personal ready for deployment to Iraq by updating their Dental status. I moved to Arizona in 1992 and have raised my boys here ever since. I love the outdoors hiking, camping, fishing and hope to one day go White water rafting and continue exploring this great State.
Hi my name is Sarah Lyle! I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and a minor in biology. I love to talk with my patients and educate them on the importance of oral health! I look forward to making smiles brighter every day. I also love to spend time with my family and read in my spare time.

Dr Reem was super honest and so friendly. I could tell she had my best interests at heart which is super important when it comes to dental work. Friendly staff equipped with modern technology equipment.

Dr. Reema is amazing, takes her time with patients and does great job. She pulled 4 of my wisdom teeth out in 2 appointments and it was not as complicated as I thought because of her techniques and experience. All my 4 teeth came out in one peace not even a crack and my healing process was not as painful as I thought. Thank you Dr. Reema and the amazing front desk people specially Arum for the great service you provide! Also the hygienist is excellent too!!

I was in today as a new patient for cleaning. After telling the receptionist I didn't receive intake papers, she let me sit in the waiting room for 20 mins. No paperwork. After the hygienist calls me back, the receptionist tells her, "Oh, I thought she was filling the forms out on her phone!" Hygienist sits me in front of a computer to fill out a child form. I notify her it appears to be the wrong form and so she gives me an adult form. I fill out the form and notify her my name is misspelled and she tells me to take it up with the receptionist. Seriously? Could you people get any lazier? Now you want me (the patient) to tell your staff how to do their job? When I point the outrageousness out to the hygienist she proceeds to say, "Well, you're the one with the issue having your name misspelled". And what, your establishment doesn't need my correct name for bookkeeping? Honestly, worst dental practice I've ever stepped into. Might as well have gone to a fast food restaurant for a cleaning given the sheer apathy. I'd be crazy to let you people perform any service on me given such unprofessionalism and poor customer service.

This is the best dentist I have gone! They provided me with a confident smile. My teeth feels like its best state since I was a kid!? Very friendly staff. Highly recommended for those with Medicare.
