Melva Melva Melva!!! This receptionist name Melva is so unprofessional!!!! It saddens me to write this because I've been going to Warner Dental for years now but up until now I've had ENOUGH. I am no longer biting my tongue, this lady never answer the phones and when you finally do get through to them (her) she always lies and say she didn't receive any calls or voice messages. I had an appointment set for 12:30 and I called and told them I was arriving a few mins late and the lady I spoke to told me okay and that she'll see me when I arrived. I pulled up to the office at 12:32pm and receive a call from Melva saying I can't come and that they will have to reschedule my appointment to December 15th! Mind you it's October and I've been waiting for my cleaning for months. My appointment was supposed to have been months ago but they kept calling me to reschedule saying that the dentist wasn't going to be in the office. Today at 12:32, 2 mins late she say u have to come some other time because we are closing so I say well I have a 15 min grace period and arrives two mins late and she was so nasty with a attitude saying that she didn't care and she can reschedule me for December. I am 7 months pregnant and have been waiting on a simple cleaning for months but it keep getting pushed back. This is so not cool and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They need to make some changes immediately before they lose all of their clients. Having a person like Melva in the front isn't a good look! She like to go back and fourth with patients verse trying to make us feel comfortable and that isn't right. She's ALWAYS in a rush to leave work or go on lunch and it shows, I've witnessed calling the office and her not answer picking up and decided I'll just pop up and she's sitting right there! They need to make some changes ASAP! This is so sad. This was a waste of time and gas and my day is completely ruined.

The front desk receptionist is very unprofessional. I was referred out for a root canal. I've called their office for two days, attempting to make an appointment for my crown. The build up on the root canal has chipped off. I left multiple messages, and the office has caller ID. How can you hire one receptionist, and she doesn't return a phone call or doesn't pick up. She just returned my call, I informed her I only want my records, she stated I have to pay $25, and come and pick them up because at my appointment I wasn't given a release of information form. Melva you are unprofessional. If you don't know how to admit fault, and keep an easy temperament, then you don't need to answer phones for a living. Attempting to explain why didn't she return my call with an attitude, using the excuse she's the only receptionist. Melva, you know you're the only receptionist, that hasn't changed since my first appointment, you should have called back and assured we spoke. I called back immediately after I missed your call. No excuse. ... Look at your response. If you are a human being why didn't you return my call, when the schedule is limited. And why would you feel the need to state what I left on a voicemail. Your unprofessional and it shows. No compassion or work ethic. You appear unhappy, out to prove a point. Instead of maintaining professionalism because at the end of the day, if you would have picked up or call back you would know whatever he put on my tooth is soft and falling off. As a health professional are you violating my hippa rights by even making a statement like that? Yes, I stated it but I am the patient, you are under state boards? And I'll send this to them to see if they think the comment is professional. You think, you can come to work and behave however you like. Instead of an attitude you should have apologized, and left it as that. Absolutely no accountability.

They can do everything for money except take care of you. Believe or not, this is the truth.
